Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种复合保温砌块，由承重骨架和保温空腔组成。骨架为一个没有盖子的空心长方体盒子，保温空腔中填有泡沫混凝土或其它保温材料。该砌块克服了普通加气混凝土砌块抗冻性差，吸水率大，易开裂的缺点，同时还具有重量轻，保温性能好，抗震性能好，加工性强，耐火性好，隔音效果好等优点。因此该砌块特别适合用于有节能要求的非承重墙。

技术背景
本申请涉及一种建筑材料，具体地说是一种保温砌块。
背景技术
我国的建筑能耗的总量逐年上升，建筑耗能已占到国家耗能的30%左右，如果按现在的能耗发展速度，到2020年建筑能耗将需要10亿吨的煤。无论是从整个国际经济气候还是中国的宏观大势来看，中国的能源问题已经日趋严峻，节约能耗势在必行。中国每年新建建筑面积达19亿m2但是90%的新建建筑都达不到节能指标，因此单一的外墙保温很难满足要求，建筑内部的隔墙也应该采取相应的节能措施。
目前隔墙中采用较多的砌块有多孔砖，加气混凝土砌块。加气砌块具有重量轻，保温性能好，抗震性能好，加工性强，耐火性好，隔音等优点。但是普通加气混凝土吸水率大，收缩率达0.6% ，因此容易出现干缩裂缝，抗冻性能差，极易造成建筑墙体空鼓开裂及脱落，因此在我国严寒地区较少使用。普通加气混凝土砌块与其它材料的粘结力不强，因此在进行装饰工程时还需要进行界面处理，既影响进度，又增加成本。它在生产的时候也面临一个养护周期长的问题，设备周转慢。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种复合保温砌块，它在现有的加气混凝土砌块的基础上进行了改进，从而既保留了加气混凝土砌块重量轻，保温性能好，抗震性能好，加工性强，耐火性好，隔音的优点，又弥补了它在抗裂性，抗冻性和生产施工方面的不足。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种复合保温砌块，砌块由骨架和保温空腔组成，骨架可以承重，空腔中填有保温材料。骨架为一个没有盖的空心长方体盒子，长方体中部即为保温空腔，长方体骨架的底面很薄，主要用途是往保温空腔中注入保温材料时防止保温材料从底部漏出。为增加砌块的抗侧力性能，在骨架的两长边的中部加设一条垂直长边的肋，肋的中间是断开的，因此保温空腔仍然是连通的，方便注入保温材料，用作非承重墙的时候，也可以不设肋。骨架材料可以是陶粒混凝土或者是其它材料，保温材料为泡沫混凝土或是其它保温材料。空腔的形状是矩形，或者是圆形，或者是椭圆形，或者是菱形，或其它的形状。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下特点：
1、 强度高，保温性能好；
2、 吸水率小，与其它材料粘结性好，便于生产和使用；
3、 抗冻性，抗裂性好。

实施例1：
一种复合保温砌块，先利用陶粒混凝土等原料按图3和图4所示尺寸将砌块的骨架在制砖机中成型，然后向保温空腔内注入泡沫混凝土，然后进行养护。

Claims (4)
1.一种复合保温砌块，由骨架（1）和保温空腔（2）组成，其特征在于：骨架（1）为一个没有盖的长方体空心盒子，空心部分即为保温空腔（2），空腔（2）中填有保温材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合保温砌块，其特征在于：在骨架的两长边的中部加设一条垂直长边的肋，肋的中间是断开的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合保温砌块，其特征在于：保温空腔（2）是矩形，或者是圆形，或者是椭圆形，或者是菱形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合保温砌块，其特征在于：保温空腔（2）中的保温材料是泡沫混凝土，骨架材料是陶粒混凝土。
