背景技术
在半精纺纱线的生产系统中，没有定型的半精纺梳理机，大多是借用棉纺的梳棉机进行生产，梳理工艺过程是半精纺纺纱系统中的一个关键工序，然而半精纺的原料经染色后，多多少少有一定程度的纤维损伤，因此在梳理制条时，梳理机的小漏底处的落花很多，而且不易控制，控制梳理机小漏底处落花的关键部件是小漏底形式，棉纺梳棉机在棉纺时小漏底的弦长采用175 mm，在纺化学纤维时小漏底的弦长采用200mm。但半精纺生产中这二种小漏底都不是很适合于半精纺原料的生产，会造成很多的落花。

为了克服上述技术问题，本实用新型旨在提供一种梳棉机小漏底，具体技术方案如下：
一种梳棉机小漏底，其特征在于：包括两端铁板，铁板轮廓为两条弧线合围而成，呈月牙形；漏底均匀分布漏孔，呈网状；铁板安装在漏底两端。
优选的，所述铁板弦长为225mm。
本实用新型采用弦长225mm的梳棉机小漏底，有利于控制小漏底处的落花。
