本实用新型涉及工装夹具领域，尤其涉及一种气缸头钻孔工装。
背景技术
现有的气缸头钻孔大多是将气缸头放置在如图2所示的工装上加工完成的，先将气缸头放置在工件支撑柱5上，然后再进行钻孔。由于气缸头上端是铸件毛坯料不平整，因而定位柱平面与气缸头接触不平稳，钻孔时难以保证孔距和气缸头下平面的垂直度，产品质量不稳定。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简便。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：
一种气缸头钻孔工装的改进结构，它包括钻模、定位块、气缸和底座，钻模上设有定位块，底座上设有气缸，气缸上安装气缸头。
采用上述方案，本实用新型具有以下有益之处：
本实用新型通过在底座上设置气缸，气缸头安装在气缸上，利用气缸顶起气缸头，使气缸头平面与钻模下方平面紧贴在一起，这样既保证了孔距，又保证了气缸头下面的垂直度。

参见图1所示的一种气缸头钻孔工装的改进结构，它包括钻模1、定位块2、气缸3和底座4，钻模1上设有定位块2，底座4上设有气缸3，气缸3上安装气缸头。
本实用新型通过在底座4上设置气缸3，气缸头安装在气缸3上，利用气缸3顶起气缸头，使气缸头平面与钻模1下方平面紧贴在一起，这样既保证了孔距，又保证了气缸头下面的垂直度。
