本实用新型属于石油开采井下工具,具体涉及的是防偏磨抽油杆接箍。
背景技术:
目前,在抽油机采油过程中,抽油杆要长期在油井内作上、下运动,抽油杆接箍则会因此与油管发生摩擦,造成接箍和油管的磨损,严重时会导致油管的损坏。所以油井偏磨是影响油田生产成本的主要方面。由于抽油杆下部杆柱除承受拉力载荷外,还要承受下行阻力载荷,工作条件极为恶劣,导致抽油杆下部和油管的偏磨现象加剧, 因油井性质的不同,往往在作业一段时间后即需停产检修,更换接箍和被磨损的油管,加大了采油成本,由此给采油的周期性连续化生产造成很大的不便。

为了克服背景技术中的不足本实用新型提供一种防偏磨抽油杆接箍。 
为了解决背景技术中存在的问题,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案:一种防偏磨抽油杆接箍,包括接箍本体,接箍本体内设有螺旋孔,且螺旋孔贯通与接箍本体,其特征在于:接箍本体外表面上设有环形槽,接箍本体与环形槽连接处倒成圆角,环形槽表面设有方颈平面,接箍本体侧面设有平滑的耐磨层和半球状的耐磨块。

参看图1,本具体实施方式是采用以下技术方案,一种防偏磨抽油杆接箍,包括接箍本体2,接箍本体2内设有螺旋孔1,且螺旋孔1贯通与接箍本体2,其特征在于:接箍本体2外表面上设有环形槽5,接箍本体2与环形槽5连接处倒成圆角,环形槽5表面设有方颈平面4,方颈平面4便于工作人员检修时的拆装,接箍本体2侧面设有平滑的耐磨层3和半球状的耐磨块6。所述的接箍本体2端口处向内至螺旋孔1边缘倒成圆角。所述的耐磨块6位于环形槽5的两侧。耐磨块6采用阻尼系数小、抗冲击性能强的陶瓷材料组成,这样,在发生偏磨时,减少了磨损程度,降低了因磨损对油管的损害。耐磨层3为通过热喷涂方式在接箍本体2上进行合金喷涂,喷涂层厚度要求大于0.2mm,然后进行磨光加工,使其表面光洁度高,摩察系数低,当耐磨块6损伤时,可通过耐磨层3进行保护,从而达到双向保护的目的。本实用新型结构设计合理,构思巧妙新颖,在发生偏磨时,由于接箍本体2表面设有耐磨层3和耐磨块6可有效减缓磨损问题,可降低因磨损对油管的损害,延长油管的使用寿命,而且维护成本很低,且易于大规模推广应用。
