技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种感应炉,尤其涉及一种光纤拉制用石墨感应炉。
背景技术
目前,光纤拉制用石墨感应炉包括炉体、加热线圈、石墨隔热管、中套管、马弗管和延伸管;石墨隔热管设置在炉体内,中套管安装在石墨隔热管中,加热线圈绕装在石墨隔热管中段的外壁上,马弗管一端安装在中套管中,另一端连接延伸管;石墨感应炉在加热时是通过在加热线圈中通入交变电流,在石墨发热管中产生交变磁通,进而在石墨发热管中产生感应电动势,而后在石墨发热管中产生涡流,使石墨发热管升温发热,由此将光纤预制棒进行熔融。由于石墨隔热管中段也存在于交变磁通中,容易受感应电流集肤效应影响,使得石墨隔热管中段损耗严重,容易烧损,缩短了石墨隔热管的使用寿命,进而增加了石墨感应炉的维护使用成本。
发明内容
针对以上缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能有效延长石墨隔热管使用寿命和降低石墨感应炉的维护使用成本的一种石墨感应炉。
本实用新型的技术内容为:一种石墨感应炉,包括炉体、加热线圈、石墨隔热管、中套管、马弗管和延伸管;其特征在于石墨隔热管由上段石墨隔热管、中段石墨隔热管和下段石墨隔热管组成;上段石墨隔热管连接安装在中段石墨隔热管的上端,下段石墨隔热管安装在中段石墨隔热管下端;在中段石墨隔热管的上、下端口各设有一环形凸台,上段石墨隔热管和下段石墨隔热管在各自与中段石墨隔热管连接的端口处设有一与环形凸台对应的环形凹口。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点为:将石墨隔热管设成三段式,将加热线圈安装在中段石墨隔热管的外壁上;在工作时中段石墨隔热管受感应电流集肤效应的影响出现损耗后,只需要更换掉损坏的中段石墨隔热管,有效降低了石墨感应炉的维护使用成本。

如图1和图2所示,一种石墨感应炉,包括炉体1、加热线圈2、石墨隔热管3、中套管4、马弗管5和延伸管6;其特征在于石墨隔热管3由上段石墨隔热管3.1、中段石墨隔热管3.2和下段石墨隔热管3.3组成;上段石墨隔热管3.1连接安装在中段石墨隔热管3.2的上端,下段石墨隔热管3.3安装在中段石墨隔热管3.3下端;在中段石墨隔热管3.2的上、下端口各设有一环形凸台3.4,上段石墨隔热管3.1和下段石墨隔热管3.3在各自与中段石墨隔热管3.2连接的端口处设有一与环形凸台3.4对应的环形凹口3.5。
