技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种单汽缸吸盘组顶升装置，具体是光伏电池片串焊机用来卸料的一种升降装置，采用吸盘组吸取电池串，可实现升降，以及电池串翻转等功能。
背景技术
目前国内组件厂层压时放置电池串基本都是正面朝下，而光伏电池片串焊机焊接完的电池串都是正面朝上的，为方便后期操作，必须有一个机构能将焊接完后的电池串做整体翻转，本发明提供一种单汽缸吸盘组顶升装置，吸取电池串后再做180度翻转，为电池串后期处理提供了很大的便利。
发明内容
本实用新型涉及一种单汽缸吸盘组顶升装置，由顶升气缸(1)、支撑架(2)、顶升气缸连接板(3)、支撑架连接板(4)、铝型材(5)、旋转气缸(6)、气缸安装板(7)、安装座(8)和吸盘组(9)组成；顶升气缸(1)驱动铝型材(5-1)作上下运动，旋转气缸(6)驱动铝型材(5-2)旋转，铝型材(5-2)带动吸盘组(9)实现翻转。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种单汽缸吸盘组顶升装置，顶升气缸(1)通过顶升气缸连接板(3)固定在铝型材(5-1)正中间，支撑架(2-1)和支撑架(2-2)分别通过支撑架连接板(4-1)和支撑架连接板(4-2)固定在铝型材(5-1)上，且位于顶升气缸(1)两侧，气缸安装板(7)固定在铝型材(5-1)一侧边缘，旋转气缸(6)固定在气缸安装板(7)外侧，安装座(8-1)和安装座(8-2)固定在铝型材(5-1)两侧，铝型材(5-2)固定在安装座(8-1)和安装座(8-2)中间靠外侧，吸盘组(9)按一定间距分布在铝型材(5-2)上。
铝型材(5-2)两端装有主动轴，靠近旋转气缸(6)一端的主动轴通过联轴器固定在旋转气缸(6)上，因此吸盘组(9)可以通过旋转气缸(6)实现整体翻转。
支撑架(2-1)和支撑架(2-2)上装有直线导轨和滑块，支撑架连接板(4-1)和支撑架连接板(4-2)分别固定在支撑架(2-1)和支撑架(2-2)的滑块上。
本实用新型的优点是：
1.单汽缸顶升装置相对伺服电机驱动顶升，极大节省了制造成本，降低生产能耗。
2.旋转气缸驱动吸盘组整体翻转，速度更快，效率更高。
