背景技术
工件在机床上加工时，常需要先夹紧，特别是圆柱体，通常需要一种专用夹具，而长圆柱体，由于重心不容易掌控，在定位夹紧时就更为困难。现普遍在用的一般方法是在长圆柱体工件的前后两端，通过两副专用夹具前后定位夹紧，从而稳定固定住长圆柱体工件。但增加第二副专用夹具，有时在机床的夹紧平台上不容易匹配固定，受加工条件影响较大，增加了操作工的工作难度。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、操作方便的用于长圆柱体工件夹具。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种用于长圆柱体工件夹具，包括V形槽夹紧台，V形槽夹紧台前后两端面分别设有第一螺孔和第二螺孔，第一螺孔上连接有第一螺杆，第一螺杆上依次连接有第一锁紧螺母和第一工件定位挡块，第二螺孔上连接有第二螺杆，第二螺杆上依次连接有第二锁紧螺母和第二工件定位挡块。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过V形槽夹紧台定位长圆柱体工件两侧面，并由两工件定位挡块固定住工件的前后两端面，从而夹紧长圆柱体工件。

本实用新型的工作原理为：长圆柱体工件的两侧面由V形槽夹紧台1定位，其前后两端面通过旋转拧紧第一工件定位挡块51和第二工件定位挡块52至工件两端面处，并拧紧第一锁紧螺母41和第二锁紧螺母42，从而完成对长圆柱体工件的夹紧定位。
