本实用新型的目的便是提供一种切菜板的新的技术方案，它可以解决前述的问题。
本实用新型技术方案的内容如下：它包含菜板，所述菜板的板面上加工刻印有纵横交错、均匀排列的刻线。
本实用新型的有益效果是切菜者可以通过菜板板面上的刻线作参照切出尽可能均匀的菜料。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，在菜板1的板面2上刻印出纵横交错、均匀排列的刻线3，也可以视作是成排或成列的小方格紧靠密布而成，相邻刻线的间距或小方格的边长可以设定为1厘米的长度，当需要约1厘米长短的切段或切块时可以直接参照最小的间距来置放菜刀的刃口于待切的菜料上，当需要更长段的菜品时可以参考两个或三个间距的刻线来置放刃口，如此对于切菜这种操作活动来说方便了许多，切出的菜品美观性均匀性大有提高。
