传统的家庭切菜及水果只是用菜刀及水果刀进行操作，而且切出来的效果不是特别的美观及有效力。此款多用切菜器方便有效，能一次性切片成形，既美观又方便、简单的将条形的例如莴苣、黄瓜、香蕉等等果蔬方便、快捷的呈现。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种多功能切菜器，解决了现有技术中水果蔬菜不能一次性切片成形的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的，它包括条形板状体、手柄、不锈钢刀片，条形板状体的两侧设有手柄，条形板状体中间设有长方形凹槽，其特征在于：凹槽内均匀竖直设有可固定插入不锈钢刀片的插槽，插槽内设有不锈钢刀片，相邻不锈钢刀片的间距为3-8mm，所述不锈钢刀片的刀刃为弧形，弧形刀刃的底端高于插槽。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型是这样实现的，条形板状体1的两侧设有手柄2，条形板状体1中间设有长方形凹槽，凹槽内均匀竖直设有可固定插入不锈钢刀片3的插槽，插槽内设有不锈钢刀片，相邻不锈钢刀片的间距为3-8mm，所述不锈钢刀片的刀刃为弧形，弧形刀刃的底端高于插槽。由于不锈钢刀片的刀刃为弧形，便于不锈钢刀片切入食材，减少阻力，同时均匀间隔的不锈钢刀片能够切成厚度相同的食材，不仅美观而且节省时间。
