一种生物质全自动民用节能灶,属于日常用品领域。本实用新型的目的是提供一种燃烧生物质燃料,将热能充分利用的生物质全自动民用节能灶。本实用新型的灰膛、灰膛内部的炉膛、与炉膛相通的烟囱组成炉体,炉膛外壁与灰膛内壁之间有落灰缝隙,灰膛和烟囱的外壁是水套并且相通,炉膛底部通过漏灰孔与灰仓相通,灰仓底部的出灰口处有活动球阀,送料通道一端伸入炉膛内部,另一端伸出炉体与料仓相通,送料通道内部安装有绞龙,绞龙的一端延伸出送料通道并且在端部安装有搅拌棒,绞龙另一端通过电机带动,送料通道与灰膛外壁接触部位安装有倒烟道,倒烟道与烟囱连通,在炉膛内部安装有电子点火器,风机通过风道向灰仓内部送风。本实用新型结构合理,燃烧充分,通过外部的水套能够有效的将热能吸收,应用的居民取暖等用途。

生物质燃料由于取材容易,所以被许多地区进行推广,为了对应生物质燃料的形状、构造、成分等,人们设计出各式各样炉具,以满足现有生物质燃料,然而虽然现有所有炉具在燃烧过程中产生的大量热能被白白的浪费掉。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种燃烧生物质燃料,将热能充分利用的生物质全自动民用节能灶。 
本实用新型的灰膛、灰膛内部的炉膛、与炉膛相通的烟囱组成炉体,炉膛外壁与灰膛内壁之间有落灰缝隙,灰膛和烟囱的外壁是水套并且相通,炉膛底部通过漏灰孔与灰仓相通,灰仓底部的出灰口处有活动球阀,送料通道一端伸入炉膛内部,另一端伸出炉体与料仓相通,送料通道内部安装有绞龙,绞龙的一端延伸出送料通道并且在端部安装有搅拌棒,绞龙另一端通过电机带动,送料通道与灰膛外壁接触部位安装有倒烟道,倒烟道与烟囱连通,在炉膛内部安装有电子点火器,风机通过风道向灰仓内部送风。 
本实用新型结构合理,燃烧充分,通过外部的水套能够有效的将热能吸收,应用的居民取暖等用途。在烧火做饭的同时为室内进行取暖,对于农村没有暖气的用户用处更加巨大。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的灰膛1、灰膛1内部的炉膛5、与炉膛5相通的烟囱4组成炉体,其中灰膛1是集灰用的,在灰膛1上可以设个开口,便于将灰膛1内部的集灰清除,炉膛5主要是燃烧生物质燃料的燃烧室,炉膛5外壁与灰膛1内壁之间有落灰缝隙,此落灰间隙是防止炉膛5内的生物质燃料烧完后,集灰不能及时送下部排出时,或者漂浮的灰尘,从此落灰间隙落入灰膛1内部,灰膛1和烟囱4的外壁是水套3并且相通,灰膛1的水套腔与烟囱的水套腔是相通的,这样不但腔内的水即通过炉膛加热,也可以通过烟囱内部的烟的余温也可以对水进行加温,此循环水腔可以与室内的暖气、加热加温装置等内部的水循环,这样达到对室内取暖作用,炉膛5底部通过漏灰孔16与灰仓15相通,灰仓15底部的出灰口处有活动球阀14,在炉膛5内部燃烧后的生物质的灰,通过漏灰孔16落入灰仓15,再通过拨动活动球阀14将灰落入灰膛1内部,送料通道9一端伸入炉膛5内部,另一端伸出炉体与料仓10相通,送料通道9内部安装有绞龙8,绞龙8的一端延伸出送料通道9并且在端部安装有搅拌棒7,绞龙8另一端通过电机11带动,生物质物料通过绞龙送入炉膛5内部进行燃烧,绞龙8端部的搅拌棒7负责对填入炉膛的生物质材料进行松动,使生物质燃料燃烧充分,送料通道9与灰膛1外壁接触部位安装有倒烟道6,倒烟道6与烟囱4连通,由于送料通道9穿过灰膛1,万一密封不严,可能呛烟(就是烟可能通过送料通道反出),所以,在此设置了倒烟道6,将此烟送入烟囱,在炉膛5内部安装有电子点火器2,电子点火器2是进行点火时使用,风机12通过风道13向灰仓15内部送风,为了助于炉膛5内部的生物质燃料更加充分的燃烧,在此设置了吹风。

1.一种生物质全自动民用节能灶,其特征在于:灰膛(1)、灰膛(1)内部的炉膛(5)、与炉膛(5)相通的烟囱(4)组成炉体,炉膛(5)外壁与灰膛(1)内壁之间有落灰缝隙,灰膛(1)和烟囱(4)的外壁是水套(3)并且相通,炉膛(5)底部通过漏灰孔(16)与灰仓(15)相通,灰仓(15)底部的出灰口处有活动球阀(14),送料通道(9)一端伸入炉膛(5)内部,另一端伸出炉体与料仓(10)相通,送料通道(9)内部安装有绞龙(8),绞龙(8)的一端延伸出送料通道(9)并且在端部安装有搅拌棒(7),绞龙(8)另一端通过电机(11)带动,送料通道(9)与灰膛(1)外壁接触部位安装有倒烟道(6),倒烟道(6)与烟囱(4)连通,在炉膛(5)内部安装有电子点火器(2),风机(12)通过风道(13)向灰仓(15)内部送风。
