Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种带流道结构的散温装置,特别适用于家用或医用制氧设备,属于散热器领域。该装置包括风扇,主壳和底座,风扇装在主壳上,主壳固定在底座上,空气压缩机用螺杆装在主壳内的底座上,底座内设有散温流道,底座底部有排风口,所述散温流道为多道转折结构。该装置造型简单、制造方便、成本低廉,对一般的制氧设备均有较好的散温及降噪效果。

本实用新型涉及一种带流道结构的散温装置,特别适用于家用或医用制氧设备,属于散热器领域。 
背景技术
现有的家用或医用制氧设备的散热装置,一般是利用风扇将设备内部的热量通过流道吹出到大气环境中。传统的散热装置使用的是直排式散温结构,设备散温效果不佳,影响设备稳定性及寿命,而且在排风的同时造成较大的噪音,干扰设备使用者的生活。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种带流道结构的散温装置。 
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种带流道结构的散温装置,包括风扇,主壳和底座,风扇装在主壳上,主壳固定在底座上,空气压缩机用螺杆装在主壳内的底座上,底座内设有散温流道,底座底部有排风口,其特征在于:所述散温流道为多道转折结构。 
上述散温流道可为两道转折结构。 
本实用新型的散温流道设计为两道转折,使排风噪音降至最低。其与传统的直排式散温结构不同,风通过集中出口,再平向转折,最后斜向下吹。使得有良好的降噪效果。 
本实用新型造型简单、制造方便、成本低廉,对一般的制氧设备均有较好的散温及降噪效果,提高了制氧设备工作寿命,降低设备噪音以改善生活环境。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种带流道结构的散温装置,包括风扇1,主壳2和底座4,风扇1装在主壳2上,主壳2固定在底座4上,空气压缩机3用螺杆7装在主壳2内的底座4上,底座4内设有散温流道5,底座4底部有排风口6,上述散温流道5为两道转折结构。 
本实用新型的散温过程为:图1中箭头代表空气流动方向,空气在风扇1上方经风扇1工作将其吹向空气压缩机3,空气从空气压缩机3周围通过,对空气压缩机3进行降温,再集中从底座4的散温流道5向排风口6吹出到设备外部,由此完成对设备的散温过程。

1.一种带流道结构的散温装置,包括风扇(1),主壳(2)和底座(4),风扇(1)装在主壳(2)上,主壳(2)固定在底座(4)上,空气压缩机(3)用螺杆(7)装在主壳(2)内的底座(4)上,底座(4)内设有散温流道(5),底座(4)底部有排风口(6),其特征在于:所述散温流道(5)为多道转折结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种带流道结构的散温装置,其特征在于:所述散温流道(5)为两道转折结构。
