技术领域
该实用新型涉及焦炭加工系统中进料翻板阀，属于焦炭加工系统领域。
背景技术
在焦炭加工系统中，由于物料品种多且需经常切换不同的储料罐或加工线路，固经常采用翻板阀装置，而在使用过程中，经常遇到物料会通过阀板与阀体间的间隙，而少量漏料的现象。在现今生产过程中，产品质量被视为企业生存的第一要素，当生产系统中低品质物料漏进高品质物料储罐或工艺生产线时，将会对产品质量造成重大影响，进而影响企业效益。
一般翻板阀为保证翻板灵活转动，而在翻板与壳体间总留有较小间隙或因长期使用而产生间隙，而造成物料串漏现象。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种翻板阀简易防漏料装置，使得翻板阀的阀板无论处于哪一方向时，保证物料全部进入理想储罐或生产线，避免物料的串漏，造成产品污染。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种翻板阀，包括壳体和翻板，其中，所述的壳体内壁与翻板移动端的两个接触位上方各设置一个挡料板。
上述一种翻板阀，其中，所述的挡料板设计为三角形。
上述一种翻板阀，其中，所述的壳体为倒“Y”结构，上方为进料口，下方设有左右两个出料口。
本发明的有益效果为：使得翻板阀的翻板无论处于哪一方向时，保证物料全部进入理想储罐或生产线，避免物料的串漏，造成产品污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示一种翻板阀，包括壳体1和翻板2，壳体剖面为倒“Y”形结构，其中，上方为进料口5，下方各有左右两个出料口31、32；壳体1内壁与翻板2移动端的两个接触位上方各设置一个挡料板41、42，挡料板41、42设计为三角形。
当翻板2转至挡料板41下方时，物料从进料口5进入翻板阀，自出料口32处倒出；当翻板2转至挡料板42下方时，物料从进料口5进入翻板阀，自出料口31处倒出；挡料板41、42即不妨碍翻板2转动，又能保证物料全部进入理想储罐或生产线，避免物料的串漏，造成产品污染。
