本实用新型公开了一种果粒清洗桶用桶盖，包括提手和两个半圆桶盖，所述半圆桶盖包括固定桶盖和活动桶盖，固定桶盖和桶体为一体设置，固定桶盖和活动桶盖通过铰轴连接在桶体上，铰轴上设有拉环，提手通过拉环与铰轴相连，活动桶盖上设有吊耳，吊耳和提手之间通过绳索连接，绳索的长度小于通过吊耳与提手中点之间的弧长，工作时，果粒清洗桶上的提手和桁吊相连，桁吊通过提手把果粒清洗桶提起和放下，在提起和放下的同时，由于提手和桶盖上的吊耳之间有绳索连接，因此，能够将活动桶盖打开和关闭，不需要人工进行打开和关闭桶盖，节省人力，提高工作效率。

背景技术
目前，在果粒饮品的生产过程中，果粒的清洗桶常采用传统的没有桶盖的清洗桶，通常将干果粒放入清洗桶，加水浸泡多次，每次清洗都是人工加果粒，清洗一次后再人工舀出，同样的方法再清洗多次，最后将清洗好的果粒人工取出送入下一个生产工序，由于从清洗桶中出料时均采用人工操作，工作强度大、费时、费力、工作效率低下，影响生产效率。现有改进的清洗桶上设有桶盖和提手，使用时将提手与工序上的桁架相连，需要加果粒时，人工打开桶盖，加完果粒后再手动盖上桶盖，费时、费力。 
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种不需要手动打开的果粒清洗桶用桶盖，通过该桶盖上设置的提手与桁吊相连，在提起和放下的同时将活动桶盖打开和关闭。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种果粒清洗桶用桶盖，包括提手和两个半圆桶盖，所述半圆桶盖包括固定桶盖和活动桶盖，固定桶盖和桶体为一体设置，固定桶盖和活动桶盖通过铰轴连接在桶体上，铰轴上设有拉环，提手通过拉环与铰轴相连，活动桶盖上设有吊耳，吊耳和提手之间通过绳索连接，绳索的长度小于通过吊耳与提手中点之间的弧长。 
所述吊耳焊接在活动桶盖上。 
所述吊耳设置在铰轴中垂线所在的活动桶盖，在提手中点设拉结环，绳索一端固结在拉结环上，另一端固结在吊耳上。 
本实用新型的有益效果为：工作时，果粒清洗桶上的提手和桁吊相连，桁吊通过提手把果粒清洗桶提起和放下，在提起和放下的同时，由于提手和桶盖上的吊耳之间有绳索连接，因此，能够将活动桶盖打开和关闭，不需要人工进行打开和关闭桶盖，节省人力，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种果粒清洗桶用桶盖，包括提手1和两个半圆桶盖，所述半圆桶盖包括固定桶盖2和活动桶盖3，固定桶盖2和桶体4为一体设置，固定桶盖2和活动桶盖3通过铰轴5连接在桶体4上，铰轴5上设有拉环6，提手1通过拉环6与铰轴5相连，活动桶盖3上焊接有吊耳7，吊耳7和提手1之间通过绳索8连接，绳索8的长度小于通过吊耳7与提手中点之间的弧长；所述吊耳7设置在铰轴5中垂线所在的活动桶盖3上，在提手1中点设拉结环9，绳索8一端固结在拉结环9上，另一端固结在吊耳7上。 
如图3所示，当需要放置果粒时，桁吊10与桶盖上提手1相连，通过与提手1相连的活动桶盖3上的吊耳7将果粒清洗桶的活动桶盖3打开，通过被打开的活动桶盖3的半圆口加入待清洗的果粒，加完果粒后通过桁吊10的下移放下桶盖的提手1；如图2所示，使活动桶盖3盖在桶体4上，待果粒被清洗好后，桁吊10通过提手1将果粒清洗桶吊起，输送至下一道工序的储料装置上方，打开果粒清洗桶的出料口，完成物料的转移。

1.一种果粒清洗桶用桶盖，包括提手（1）和两个半圆桶盖，其特征在于：所述半圆桶盖包括固定桶盖（2）和活动桶盖（3），固定桶盖（2）和桶体（4）为一体设置，固定桶盖（2）和活动桶盖（3）通过铰轴（5）连接在桶体（4）上，铰轴（5）上设有拉环（6），提手（1）通过拉环（6）与铰轴（5）相连，活动桶盖（3）上设有吊耳（7），吊耳（7）和提手（1）之间通过绳索（8）连接，绳索（8）的长度小于通过吊耳（7）与提手（1）中点之间的弧长。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果粒清洗桶用桶盖，其特征在于：所述吊耳（7）焊接在活动桶盖（3）上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的果粒清洗桶用桶盖，其特征在于：所述吊耳（7）设置在铰轴（5）中垂线所在的活动桶盖（3）上，在提手（1）中点设拉结环（9），绳索(8)一端固结在拉结环（9）上，另一端固结在吊耳（7）上。
