Abstract

本实用新型公开一种茶具用可拆卸型网胆，组成网胆的滤网与颈圈为分体设置，颈圈由内卡环、外卡环和稳固环组成，外卡环套在内卡环上，外卡环与内卡环之间通过内卡环上的卡件与外卡环上的卡槽相互扣接紧配而固定，滤网的上端夹在外卡环与内卡环之间，使滤网与颈圈连接固定；滤网、颈圈分开加工，能有效的减少二次注塑所产生的飞边、披风以及因注塑不满导致的报废率过高的问题，更好的提高生产成品率，这样较大的减小了加工难度，同时也减少了材料上的浪费；颈圈为分体设置，能很好的降低加工难度、减少加工工艺；而且稳固环套在内卡环上，外卡环夹在稳固环与内卡环之间，使内卡环与外卡环之间的夹紧力增大，能有效的提高滤网的稳定性。

本实用新型涉及一种茶具用网胆，特别涉及一种茶具用可拆卸型网胆。
背景技术
现有技术中的茶具中设置有网胆，现有网胆一般由滤网和连接固定在滤网上端的颈圈组成，现有颈圈为一体化成型的部件，其制造工艺繁琐且加工难度高，而且滤网与颈圈之间为一体设置，需要进行二次注塑，二次注塑易产生飞边、披风，还会因注塑不满而导致产品报废率过高等问题。
因此，如何解决上述问题是业内亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种茶具用可拆卸型网胆，旨在能很好的降低生产颈圈的加工难度、减少加工工艺，有效的提高网胆的稳定性，能更好的提高生产成品率，减少了材料上的浪费。
本实用新型提出一种茶具用可拆卸型网胆，由滤网和连接固定在所述滤网上端的颈圈组成，所述滤网与所述颈圈为分开设置，所述颈圈包括内卡环和外卡环，在所述内卡环上设有若干向外凸出的卡件，在所述外卡环上设有与所述卡件对应且适配的卡槽，通过所述卡件与所述卡槽的配合，所述外卡环紧套在所述内卡环上，所述滤网的上端夹固在所述外卡环与所述内卡环之间。
优选地，在所述内卡环上设有若干开口，所述开口分别设置在所述卡件的两边。
优选地，所述颈圈还包括稳固环，所述稳固环内壁设有搭接环位，在所述内卡环的上端设有与所述搭接环位适配的搭接环面，通过所述搭接环面与所述搭接环位搭接，所述稳固环套在所述内卡环外，所述外卡环夹置在所述内卡环与所述稳固环之间。
优选地，所述搭接环位的横截面呈倒“L”型。
优选地，在所述稳固环的外壁均匀设有若干用于与茶具卡接的悬臂钩。
优选地，所述滤网呈柱状，所述滤网的上端面形状与所述内卡环、所述外卡环及所述搭接环位的形状相同，均可为圆形或多边形。 
优选地，所述滤网材料为不锈钢或塑料。
本实用新型提出的茶具用网胆为可拆卸型，组成网胆的滤网与颈圈为分体设置，而且颈圈也为分体设置，其由内卡环、外卡环和稳固环依次由内而外套接形成，外卡环套在内卡环上，外卡环与内卡环之间通过内卡环上的卡件与外卡环上的卡槽相互扣接紧配而固定，滤网的上端夹在外卡环与内卡环之间，使滤网与颈圈连接固定。滤网、颈圈由于是分开加工的，滤网与颈圈之间是通过机械结构连接的，则无需进行二次注塑，能有效的减少二次注塑所产生的飞边、披风以及报废率过高的问题，能更好的提高生产成品率，较大的减少了加工难度，同时也减少了材料上的浪费。而且颈圈原为一个整体部件，加工工艺较繁琐，现将颈圈分体设置，能很好的降低加工难度、减少加工工艺。
而且稳固环套在内卡环上，外卡环夹在稳固环与内卡环之间，使外卡环更加紧贴在内卡环外，内卡环与外卡环之间的夹紧力增大，从而能有效的提高紧夹在外卡环与内卡环之间的滤网的稳定性。

具体实施方式
应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型，并不用于限定本实用新型。
参照图1至图4，提出本实用新型的茶具用可拆卸型网胆的一实施例，本实施例中的茶具用网胆为可拆卸型，由滤网10和连接固定在滤网10上端的颈圈20组成，滤网10与颈圈20为分开设置。滤网10呈柱形，由网体11、网底12和连接环13组成，网底12通过连接环13连接固定在网体11的底部。颈圈20与滤网10的上端形状适配，颈圈20也为分体设置，其由内卡环21、外卡环22和稳固环23依次由内而外套接形成，外卡环22套在内卡环21上。外卡环22与内卡环21的形状适配，外卡环22的内径与内卡环21的外径适配。在内卡环21的外壁面上均匀设有若干向外凸出的卡件211，卡件211绕内卡环21的中心轴均匀设置，在外卡环22上设有与卡件211一一对应且适配的卡槽221，在内卡环21上设有若干开口，该开口均匀分布在每一卡件211的两侧，在卡件211受外卡环22向内挤压的情况下，对应的卡件211往内部挤压变形，然后通过外卡环22上的与内卡环21上的卡件211相对应的卡槽221与卡件211相互扣接紧配，使外卡环22紧套在内卡环21上，外卡环22与内卡环21之间的相对位置固定。滤网10的上端夹在外卡环22与内卡环21之间，使滤网10与颈圈20连接固定。
滤网10、颈圈20由于是分开加工的，滤网10与颈圈20之间是通过机械结构连接的，则无需进行二次注塑，能有效的减少二次注塑所产生的飞边、披风以及报废率过高的问题，能更好的提高生产成品率，较大的减少了加工难度，同时也减少了材料上的浪费。而且颈圈20原为一个整体部件，加工工艺较繁琐，现将颈圈20分体设置，能很好的降低加工难度、减少加工工艺。
稳固环23套在内卡环21上，稳固环23内壁设有搭接环位231，该搭接环位231的横截面呈倒“L”型，搭接环位231下端的内径与内卡环21、外卡环22的组合体的外径适配。在内卡环21的上端设有与搭接环位231的上端面适配的搭接环面212，通过搭接环面212搭接在搭接环位231的上端面上，使稳固环23套在内卡环21外，内卡环21与外卡环22的组合体置于搭接环位231中，外卡环22夹置在内卡环21与稳固环23之间。外卡环22夹在稳固环23与内卡环21之间，使外卡环22更加紧贴在内卡环21外，内卡环21与外卡环22之间的夹紧力增大，从而能有效的提高紧夹在外卡环22与内卡环21之间的滤网10的稳定性。
在稳固环23的外壁均匀设有若干用于与茶具卡接的悬臂钩232，悬臂钩232绕稳固环23的中心轴均匀设置。
滤网10的上端面形状与内卡环21、外卡环22及搭接环位231的形状相同，均可为圆形或多边形。 
滤网10材料为不锈钢或塑料。
本实施例中的网胆为可拆卸型，滤网10、内卡环21、外卡环22与稳固环23之间均为可重复拆装连接，方便用户清洗。

1.一种茶具用可拆卸型网胆，由滤网和连接固定在所述滤网上端的颈圈组成，其特征在于，所述滤网与所述颈圈为分开设置，所述颈圈包括内卡环和外卡环，在所述内卡环上设有若干向外凸出的卡件，在所述外卡环上设有与所述卡件对应且适配的卡槽，通过所述卡件与所述卡槽的配合，所述外卡环紧套在所述内卡环上，所述滤网的上端夹固在所述外卡环与所述内卡环之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茶具用可拆卸型网胆，其特征在于，在所述内卡环上设有若干开口，所述开口分别设置在所述卡件的两边。
3.根据权利要求2所述的茶具用可拆卸型网胆，其特征在于，所述颈圈还包括稳固环，所述稳固环内壁设有搭接环位，在所述内卡环的上端设有与所述搭接环位适配的搭接环面，通过所述搭接环面与所述搭接环位搭接，所述稳固环套在所述内卡环外，所述外卡环夹置在所述内卡环与所述稳固环之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的茶具用可拆卸型网胆，其特征在于，其特征在于，所述搭接环位的横截面呈倒“L”型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的茶具用可拆卸型网胆，其特征在于，在所述稳固环的外壁均匀设有若干用于与茶具卡接的悬臂钩。
6.根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的茶具用可拆卸型网胆，其特征在于，所述滤网呈柱状，所述滤网的上端面形状与所述内卡环、所述外卡环及所述搭接环位的形状相同，均可为圆形或多边形。
7.根据权利要求6所述的茶具用可拆卸型网胆，其特征在于，所述滤网材料为不锈钢或塑料。
