本实用新型公开了一种加强型电池槽,所述电池槽由搁板等距间隔成若干单格组成,电池槽上开口的外侧面设有台阶,台阶边缘设有溢胶槽,电池槽的左右侧板面设有若干个凹槽,凹槽间形成隔筋。本实用新型若干个凹槽有利于电池散热,若干隔筋加强了电池槽侧板的承载强度,装配压力增大时,不会导致电池槽破裂,进而提高了蓄电池产品的性能。

    本实用新型涉及蓄电池领域,具体涉及一种加强型电池槽。
背景技术
装配压力是阀控式铅蓄电池生产的重要参数,对于不同装配压力的电池充放电循环寿命也不同,如果蓄电池的装配压力太小,虽有利于工人操作,极群可以轻松的入槽,但电池的性能得不到保证,电池容量后期衰减的很快,使用寿命大打折扣。蓄电池生产商通常通过适当增加AGM隔板的厚度来提高装配压力,但压力仍然不能太大,因为电池槽外侧板强度有限,尤其呈一字型的多单格压力是累积的,且电池槽外侧板受力面积较小的电池槽,承受的压强会很大,经常出现破裂现象。为了提高蓄电池产品性能,就必须设计一种加强型电池槽结构,用以保证足够的装配压力。
发明内容
    本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种加强型电池槽,适用足够的装配压力,解决了普通电池槽因增加装配压力而导致破裂现象问题,进而提高蓄电池产品性能。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种加强型电池槽,所述电池槽由搁板等距间隔成若干单格组成,电池槽上开口的外侧面设有台阶,台阶边缘设有溢胶槽,电池槽的左右侧板面设有若干个凹槽,凹槽间形成隔筋。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是,所述凹槽为等距正方形结构。
本实用新型更进一步改进方案是,所述隔筋宽度3~5mm,厚度0.8~1.5mm,凹槽宽度为隔筋宽度的1.4~2.4倍。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下明显优点:
本实用新型所述电池槽的左右侧板面设有若干个凹槽,凹槽间形成隔筋,若干个凹槽有利于电池散热,若干隔筋加强了电池槽侧板的承载强度,装配压力增大时,不会导致电池槽破裂,进而提高了蓄电池产品的性能。

如图1所示,本实用新型的所述电池槽1由搁板3等距间隔成若干单格2组成,电池槽1上开口的外侧面设有台阶4,台阶4边缘设有溢胶槽5,电池槽1的左右侧板面设有若干个凹槽6,凹槽6间形成隔筋7。
所述凹槽6为等距正方形结构;所述隔筋7宽度3-5mm,厚度0.8-1.5mm,凹槽6宽度为隔筋7宽度的1.4-2.4倍。

1. 一种加强型电池槽,所述电池槽(1)由搁板(3)等距间隔成若干单格(2)组成,电池槽(1)上开口的外侧面设有台阶(4),台阶(4)边缘设有溢胶槽(5),其特征在于:电池槽(1)的左右侧板面设有若干个凹槽(6),凹槽(6)间形成隔筋(7)。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的加强型电池槽,其特征在于:所述隔筋(7)宽度3-5mm,厚度0.8-1.5mm,凹槽(6)宽度为隔筋(7)宽度的1.4-2.4倍。
