汽车换档机构的拨叉装置是其重要部件,它接收自换档手柄传递来的信号,通过拨动变速箱中对应档位的齿轮相互啮合,而使汽车以相应的档位运行,因此要求拨叉装置性能稳定可靠,来使汽车能很好的变换速度,稳定行驶。
现有的拨叉装置或利用表面喷钼的拨叉直接与变速机构连接,以至不能稳定地推动变速机构;或使用安装于拨叉定位孔中的铜合金换档拨环与换档齿套连接来推动变速机构实现换档,但其也存在材料成本高昂、拨环强度不足的缺点。因此发明一种性能较好的汽车换档拨叉装置是非常有益的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种汽车换档拨叉钢环,它工作稳定,可靠性高,适用于手动变档汽车。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:它包括半圆形钢环基体,所述钢环基体的中间与两端各包覆有与其紧密嵌合的衬套,其中两端的衬套上各设有可装入换档拨叉安装孔内的连接头。
本实用新型具有轻量、强度高、耐磨性好的特点,它使换档动作平顺、可靠性,降低了汽车换档的噪音影响,同时,绿色环保的精冲和注塑工艺也有效降低了成本。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括可嵌入汽车换档齿套的环形槽中的半圆形的钢环基体1,钢环基体1整体冲压成型,钢环基体1的中间包覆有与其紧密嵌合的塑料衬套2,两端各包覆有与其紧密嵌合的塑料衬套3、4,其中两端的塑料衬套3、4上各设有可装入换档拨叉安装孔内的连接头5、6。
本实用新型提供的汽车换档拨叉钢环基体1嵌入换档齿套的环形槽中,使拨叉稳定地推动变速机构,制造过程中,先使用专用的精密冲压模具在液压精冲机上冲裁出剪切面光洁、平面度好的钢环基体1,在完成钢环基体1的调质热处理后,再将其安放于专用的注塑模具中作为嵌件,启动注塑机闭合模具,再由注射螺杆将热熔融状态的PA66-G30材质工程塑料经注塑流道注射入模具型腔中,待塑料冷却固化后打开注塑模具顶出零件,而后去除浇道废料即得到这种新型换档拨环成品。
  本实用新型整个工艺流程中无严重环境污染,也无需后续机加工来控制功能尺寸,简洁又高效,能满足大批量稳定生产需求。而经过调质热处理的钢环基体保证了零件整体强度,PA66-G30材质的工程塑料衬套则提供了工作部位所必需的优良抗冲击韧性和耐磨性能,而注塑工艺则确保了二者之间能紧密嵌合,不会松脱。既保证了产品的功能,又有效降低了成本,优势明显。
