本实用新型涉及一种卸荷电磁阀。其特点是包括阀壳,阀壳内由里及外依次有弹簧和活动铁芯,所述活动铁芯为杆状,其里端与弹簧相抵,其外端固定有挡风帽,所述挡风帽为短筒,其筒底与活动铁芯外端相连,其口部朝外。挡风帽上套有泄压筒,所述泄压筒的里段为直筒,其里端与阀壳的口部四周间连接在一起,其与挡风帽的轴向间呈间隙配合。泄压筒的外段为喇叭形且其长度长于挡风帽,泄压筒的喇叭形段上有泄压孔,在安装状态下,所述泄压筒的喇叭形段外端与增压器的压气机蜗壳泄气孔平台相抵,并使挡风帽堵住压气机蜗壳的泄气孔。采用本实用新型,可避免发动机燃烧稀薄,防止排气管放炮、功率下降或发动机熄火等故障的发生。适用于汽车增压器上。

本实用新型涉及一种阀门。具体说,是汽车增压器上的卸荷电磁阀。 
背景技术
在增压器制造领域都知道,增压器工作时,其上的阀门是关闭的,以确保压力能够达到工作要求。而增压器在高速运转时,由于排气能量高,增压器转子的转速也被迫加快。此时,压气机蜗壳中的气体压力会超过发动机的要求,过量的气体供应给发动机,会使汽油发动机稀薄燃烧,从而导致排气管放炮、功率下降或发动机熄火等故障。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种卸荷电磁阀。采用这种卸荷电磁阀,可避免发动机燃烧稀薄,防止排气管放炮、功率下降或发动机熄火等故障的发生。 
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采取以下技术方案: 
本实用新型的卸荷电磁阀特点是包括阀壳,所述阀壳为筒状,其一端有阀底,阀壳内由里及外依次有弹簧和活动铁芯,所述活动铁芯为杆状,其里端与弹簧相抵,其外端固定有挡风帽,所述挡风帽为短筒,其筒底与活动铁芯外端相连,其口部朝外。挡风帽上套有泄压筒,所述泄压筒的里段为直筒,其里端与阀壳的口部四周间连接在一起,其与挡风帽的轴向间呈间隙配合。泄压筒的外段为喇叭形且其长度长于挡风帽,泄压筒的喇叭形段上有泄压孔,在安装状态下,所述泄压筒的喇叭形段外端与增压器的压气机蜗壳泄气孔平台相抵,并使挡风帽堵住压气机蜗壳的泄气孔。

由上述方案可以看出,由于本实用新型的卸荷电磁阀包括阀壳,所述阀壳为筒状,其一端有阀底,阀壳内由里及外依次有弹簧和活动铁芯,所述活动铁芯为杆状,其里端与弹簧相抵,其外端固定有挡风帽,所述挡风帽为短筒,其筒底与活动铁芯外端相连,其口部朝外。挡风帽上套有泄压筒,所述泄压筒的里段为直筒,其里端与阀壳的口部四周间连接在一起,其与挡风帽的轴向间呈活动配合。泄压筒的外段为喇叭形且其长度长于挡风帽,泄压筒的喇叭形段上有泄压孔,在安装状态下,所述泄压筒的喇叭形段外端与增压器的压力机蜗壳相连通。当压气机蜗壳内的气体压力较高并超过发动机需要的气体压力时,该较高的气体会推动挡风帽使挡风帽内缩,使过量的气体从泄压筒的喇叭形段上的泄压孔排出,从而避免了发动机燃烧稀薄的情况,防止了排气管放炮、功率下降或发动机熄火等故障的发生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的卸荷电磁阀包括阀壳4,所述阀壳4为筒状,其一端带有阀底。阀壳4内由里及外依次设置有弹簧5和活动铁芯3,所述活动铁芯3为杆状,其里端与弹簧5相抵,其外端固定有挡风帽1。所述挡风帽1为短筒,其筒底与活动铁芯3外端相连,其口部朝外。挡风帽1上套有泄压筒6,所述泄压筒6的里段为直筒,其里端与阀壳4的口部四周间固定连接在一起,其与挡风帽1的轴向间呈间隙配合。泄压筒6的外段为喇叭形且其长度长于挡风帽1,泄压筒6的喇叭形段的圆周方向上均布有泄压孔2。在安装状态下,所述泄压筒6的喇叭形段外端与增压器的压力机蜗壳相连通。 
工作状态下,当压气机蜗壳内的气体压力较高并超过发动机需要的气体压力时,该较高的气体压力会推动挡风帽使挡风帽1内缩,使过量的气体从泄压筒6的喇叭形段上的泄压孔2排出,从而避免了汽油发动机稀薄燃烧的情况,防止了排气管放炮、功率下降或发动机熄火等故障的发生。

1.一种卸荷电磁阀,其特征在于包括阀壳(4),所述阀壳(4)为筒状,其一端有阀底,阀壳(4)内由里及外依次有弹簧(5)和活动铁芯(3),所述活动铁芯(3)为杆状,其里端与弹簧(5)相抵,其外端固定有挡风帽(1),所述挡风帽(1)为短筒,其筒底与活动铁芯(3)外端相连,其口部朝外;挡风帽(1)上套有泄压筒(6),所述泄压筒(6)的里段为直筒,其里端与阀壳(4)的口部四周间连接在一起,其与挡风帽(1)的轴向间呈间隙配合;泄压筒(6)的外段为喇叭形且其长度长于挡风帽(1),泄压筒(6)的喇叭形段上有泄压孔(2),在安装状态下,所述泄压筒(6)的喇叭形段外端与增压器的压气机蜗壳泄气孔平台相抵,并使挡风帽(1)堵住压气机蜗壳的泄气孔。
