玻璃强化是一种玻璃的二次加工工艺,通常采用的设备是强化炉,用于提高产品的质量及成品率。目前,传统的玻璃强化炉通常为单炉结构,玻璃产品与反应溶液混合进行加热和冷却,反应溶液需要反复经历升温、降温过程,强化期间,热量散失大,无法被重复利用。而且,强化炉的加热是靠电热管安装在内胆的周围,再通过人工调节温度进行加热,加热过程中,炉口也未关闭,这种加热方式会导致加热不均匀,早晚间空气中的温度变化也会对每批玻璃强化效果造成影响,容易造成批量报废。

本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:精密玻璃强化炉,包括炉体、设置在炉体下部的地脚;其特征在于:还包括内胆、炉门、保温棉、电热管、热电偶,所述内胆安装在炉体内,内胆上设有炉门,内胆内侧贴装有保温棉,内胆中一侧安装有电热管,另一侧安装有热电偶。
所述炉门上还装有关闭装置。
本实用新型的有益效果是:(1)设置炉门和保温棉,利用电热管和热电偶对玻璃进行加热,保温性好,加热均匀,速度快;(2)在炉门上设置关闭装置,在加热使用中,可以自动关闭炉门,避免了人工操作,效率高,可靠性好。

具体实施方式
本实用新型一个实施例的结构,如附图所示,精密玻璃强化炉,包括炉体1、内胆2、炉门3、电热管4、热电偶5、保温棉6、地脚7、关闭装置8,在炉体1底部设置有地脚7,内胆2安装在炉体1内,炉体上方设有炉门3,炉门3,内胆2内侧贴装保温棉6。在内胆2一侧安装有电热管4,另一侧安装有热电偶5。为了方便炉门开合,在所述炉门3上还装有关闭装置8。
在使用时候,当吊钩9将装满玻璃的栏具10,放入强化炉体1内后,关闭装置8将炉门3闭合,即可有效地对玻璃进行加热。
