背景技术
当管道中含有带液体的气体流向自下而上流动时，由于液体的存在，液体会阻碍气体的流动，管道会发生振动。气液分离一般采用浮球式排气设备，安装在管道或分离设备的顶部。气体聚集后，液面下降，浮球随液面下降，气体从浮球密封处排出。但如果此浮球密封不好或密封面有异物，那么气体排出的同时会带出部分液体，因此分离效果不理想。这对分离后气体、液体的后处理带来影响，甚至可能给后处理设备造成故障。                             
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种结构简单，气液分离效果好的一种液体沉降装置。
本实用新型提供的技术方案是：
一种液体沉降装置，包括除液管，所述除液管安装于管道的进气口处，所述除液管下端设置有排液口，侧面设置有出气口。
具体的，所述除液管侧面设置有液位计。
具体的，所述除液管内倾斜悬空设置有挡板，挡板上端固定于出气口上方。
本实用新型结构简单，操作方便，可以用来弥补现有气液分离设备排出气中气液分离不彻底的问题。

如图1所示，一种液体沉降装置，包括除液管，所述除液管安装于管道的进气口处。所述除液管内倾斜悬空设置有挡板，挡板上端固定于出气口上方。所述除液管下端设置有排液口，侧面设置有出气口。所述除液管侧面设置有液位计，液位计对应出气口设置。
本实用新型是将含有液体的气体在改变流动方向时，由于液体的重力作用，液体沉降，气体流走，达到气液分离效果，由于挡板的作用，气体流的路径增加，从而使气液分离效果更好。
