一种柴煤两用生物质炉,包括炉体及其内的炉膛,所述炉膛上端设置二次助燃装置;该二次助燃装置上端设置拦火圈。所述二次助燃装置外围为通风道,该通风道与所述炉体壁厚上设置的助燃进风道连通。本实用新型通过二次助燃装置及拦火圈使得煤或生物质固体燃料直接燃烧产生大量的可燃性气体及粒状碳黑逐级充分彻底燃烧,可消除黑烟,提高燃料的热能转换率,具有节约燃料成本,保护环境等特点。而且热效率高,节能30%以上,炉体温度可达300度以上,是一种炊事、取暖的理想炉具。

本实用新型涉及一种生物质炉,具体指一种柴煤两用的生物质炉。
背景技术
    生物质炉具是近几年迅速发展起来的一种家用炊事或取暖设备,他改变了传统炉具以煤炭为燃料的取暖方式,以秸秆、稻草等一切可燃生物质作燃料,在炉内既有明火燃烧也有气化成分,具有没有焦油,不冒黑烟,燃烧充分,热效率高,烟气排放低的优点,非常适合农村家庭使用。但是,现有的大多数生物质炉具炉膛上方没有任何的辅助燃烧的装置,进风也只设置在灰斗抽屉处,而使煤或生物质固体燃料燃烧时缺乏足够的氧气造成燃烧不充分,而且这种不充分的燃烧产生大量的可燃性气体及粒状碳黑直接外排,存在污染环境的问题。

本实用新型提供一种柴煤两用生物质炉,具有燃烧更充分,能源的利用率更高,同时烟气排放更低的优点。
为此,所采用的技术方案为:一种柴煤两用生物质炉,包括炉体及其内的炉膛,所述炉膛上端设置二次助燃装置;该二次助燃装置上端设置拦火圈。
   所述二次助燃装置外围为通风道,该通风道与所述炉体壁厚上设置的助燃进风道连通。
所述二次助燃装置为倒置的碗形,其壁上开有通风孔。
所述拦火圈的壁上开有螺旋形的通风孔。
所述拦火圈上端设置有灶窝拦火圈,该灶窝拦火圈的一侧设置快火板,与该快火板相对位置的所述灶窝拦火圈上开有反烧口。
本实用新型通过二次助燃装置及拦火圈使得煤或生物质固体燃料直接燃烧产生大量的可燃性气体及粒状碳黑逐级充分彻底燃烧,可消除黑烟,提高燃料的热能转换率,具有节约燃料成本,保护环境等特点。
本实用新型热效率高,节能30%以上,炉体温度可达300度以上,是一种炊事、取暖的理想炉具。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
参照图1,一种柴煤两用生物质炉,包括炉体11及其内的炉膛12,所述炉膛12上端设置二次助燃装置10;该二次助燃装置10上端设置拦火圈7。所述二次助燃装置10外围及炉膛12上端面处空间为通风道8,该通风道8与所述炉体11壁厚上设置的助燃进风道9连通。该助燃进风道9进风口设置在炉体11底座17上与外部环境连通。
所述二次助燃装置10为倒置的碗形,其壁上开有通风孔。该通风孔可以均布也可以根据需要布置,目的使二次助燃装置内的任何位置都有充沛的风量,而达到充分燃烧,降低排放的目的。
所述拦火圈7的壁上开有螺旋形的通风孔,该螺旋形的通风孔不仅提供风量给经过二次助燃装置10后仍没有燃烧的可燃性气体及粒状碳黑达到充分完全的燃烧;而且使这些仍没有燃烧的可燃性气体及粒状碳黑沿所述螺旋形孔回旋上升,进一步使其充分燃烧。
所述炉膛12上方为灶窝6,所述的拦火圈7处于该灶窝6内,该拦火圈7上端设置有灶窝拦火圈3。该灶窝拦火圈3上靠近烟囱口1的一侧设置有快风板4,与该快风板4相对位置的灶窝拦火圈3上开有反烧口5。当不需要快火、大火时,关上快风板4,使火焰及夹杂的未燃烧的可燃性气体及碳黑通过反烧口回炉进一步燃烧,提高热的利用率。

1.一种柴煤两用生物质炉,包括炉体及其内的炉膛,其特征在于:所述炉膛(12)上端设置二次助燃装置(10);该二次助燃装置(10)上端设置拦火圈(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴煤两用生物质炉,其特征在于:所述二次助燃装置(10)外围为通风道(8),该通风道(8)与所述炉体(11)壁厚上设置的助燃进风道(9)连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴煤两用生物质炉,其特征在于:所述二次助燃装置(10)为倒置的碗形,其壁上开有通风孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴煤两用生物质炉,其特征在于:所述拦火圈(7)的壁上开有螺旋形的通风孔。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种柴煤两用生物质炉,其特征在于:所述拦火圈(7)上端设置有灶窝拦火圈(3),该灶窝拦火圈(3)的一侧设置快火板(4),与该快火板(4)相对位置的所述灶窝拦火圈(3)上开有反烧口(5)。
