石墨柱自动分拣装置具有分拣执行模块，分拣执行模块连接综合处理模块，综合处理模块上连接有重量采集模块和参数设定模块，在现有技术中，分拣执行模块不设置高度采集模块，这样的石墨柱自动分拣装置具有挑拣的石墨柱常常出现高度不一致、造成后期金刚石合成的品质不稳定、后期金刚石合成时会造成挤锤、放炮现象，影响设备的稳定性、增加金刚石生产成本的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种挑拣程度更好的石墨柱自动分拣装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的：石墨柱自动分拣装置，包括分拣执行模块，分拣执行模块连接综合处理模块，综合处理模块上连接有重量采集模块和参数设定模块，其特征是：所述的综合处理模块还连接有高度信号采集模块。

如图1所示，石墨柱自动分拣装置，包括分拣执行模块，分拣执行模块连接综合处理模块，综合处理模块上连接有重量采集模块和参数设定模块，其特征是：所述的综合处理模块还连接有高度信号采集模块。
石墨柱高度信号采集模块将石墨柱的高度信号进行实时采集，采集到的信息传送到石墨柱分拣综合处理模块，与石墨柱参数设定模块进行及时分析处理。
石墨柱重量信号采集模块将石墨柱的重量信号进行实时采集，采集到的信息传送到石墨柱分拣综合处理模块，与石墨柱参数设定模块进行及时分析处理。
石墨柱分拣综合处理模块还可以根据重量和高度判断石墨柱的密度，将不合密度要求的石墨柱剔除。
石墨柱分拣综合处理模块将分析处理的结果，对石墨柱分拣执行模块发出执行命令，再由石墨柱分拣执行模块驱动石墨柱分拣执行机构。
