背景技术
建筑外墙是太阳光照的最大接触面,太阳能光伏组件不仅要满足光伏发电的的功能要求,还要兼顾建筑的基本功能要求,而现有的太阳能光伏组件通常包括电池片、钢化玻璃板和背板,由于背板使用钢化玻璃板等硬度不强的材料,在建筑屋顶安装时往往需要搭配铝边框使用,增加了安装难度,也提高了使用成本,无法满足多、高层用户。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是克服现有太阳能光伏组件存在成本高、安装困难的缺陷,提供一种成本低、安装简便的太阳能瓦。 
为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种太阳能瓦,包括钢化玻璃板、EVA胶膜和太阳能电池片,若干张太阳能电池片的上表面通过EVA胶膜粘贴在钢化玻璃板上,其特征在于:所述的太阳能光伏组件还包括电路板,所述的太阳能电池片通过电路板上的互联线组成一体式,所述太阳能电池片的下表面通过EVA胶膜粘贴在电路板上,电路板的硬度要比钢化玻璃强,无需安装铝边框,降低了成本。 
使用本实用新型可以达到以下有益效果:本实用新型铺装的构造方法都与平板的一样,安装方便;去除铝边框结构,降低了成本。
