本实用新型涉及光伏组件技术领域,尤其是一种带有辐射散热膜结构的薄玻璃硅电池组件。
背景技术
现有的用于光伏上的硅电池组件的发电效率有高有低,一定程度上提高组件的发电效率成本比较高,而组件在工作的时候有热效应的产生,也会降低组件的发电效率,因此为了提高发电效率,可以使组件工作时的温度下降,来减轻组件的热效应,从而提高组件的发电效率。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:为了解决上述背景技术中现有的硅电池组件发电效率不高的问题,提供一种改进的带有辐射散热膜结构的薄玻璃硅电池组件。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带有辐射散热膜结构的薄玻璃硅电池组件,包括电池组件本体,所述的本体包括晶体硅电池片和通过胶片粘结固定的浮法超白钢化玻璃盖板和浮法钢化玻璃背板,所述的浮法钢化玻璃背板外侧表面设置有辐射散热膜层。
进一步地,本实用新型所述的胶片为EVA片或者PVB片。
进一步地,本实用新型所述的盖板为2.5mm厚的浮法超白钢化玻璃或者2mm厚的浮法超白钢化玻璃,所述的背板为2mm厚或者2.5mm厚的浮法玻璃。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型带有辐射散热膜结构的薄玻璃硅电池组件运用辐射散热膜在硅电池组件背板上,组件温度下降明显,可以减轻硅电池组件的热效应,提高组件的发电效率≥2%,累积发电量提高≥3.5%。
