Abstract
本实用新型是用于心血管疾病检查的多功能心导管。目前心导管检查已成为诊断某些心血管病不可少的方法。但现有心导管均为单一功能。满足不了对同一病人同时多项指标观测要求。因此本多功能心导管在已有心导管基础上,综合了血氧分析的极谱电极法测定原理和微型压力传感器原理。用一根本型导管可同时取得心血管内压力、血氧和氢离子稀释曲线以及心内心电图等多项指标。又有注药采血之功能。
Description
本实用新型属于一种医疗器械,主要适用于心血管疾病检查用的多功能心导管。
“心导管检查”是心血管疾病的诊断治疗方法之一。近年来随着科学技术发展和医疗水平的提高,心导管检查已成为检查与诊断心血管疾病、心脏病人术后监护、心血管系统血流动力学监测等领域中不可缺少的一项重要方法。目前已有的心导管虽有多种类型,但功能均属专一,满足不了对同一病人一次检查中多项指标观测的需要,检查术中要更换几种心导管及测试方法,方能获得所需指标,为此延长了操作时间,加重了对心血管的刺激而增加了心律失常、血管痉挛、血栓、感染等并发症的发生率;同时现有导管由于管道过长,导管内测得压力数据误差较大,血氧测定时须经导管腔多次间断抽血在体外测定,给检查者及病人增加麻烦和负担,且不直观,对于心脏轻度细小的左至右分流的定位诊断能力较差。
鉴于上述心导管设计与应用方面的不足。本发明目的在于设计一种新型多功能复合型心导管,用一根本型心导管可同时取得心血管内压力曲线、血氧连续记录曲线、心内心电图、氢离子稀释曲线等多项指标,又具有注射药物或造影剂之功能。从而缩短了检查时间、增加诊断符合率,减少并发症。
本新型多功能复合型心导管,其结构大体可分为管头(1)、管道(2)和管尾部(3)三部分(见图1)。管头部是一个以氧化铝陶瓷为基座的压力传感器与贵金属电极组成的复合体,外表被复环氧树脂成型(图2、3),长度为6~8mm,外径为1.8~2.7mm,在氧化铝陶瓷基座(10)的体表有七条纵行凹沟(15),沟内各有一条银引出线(16),这七条银引出线(A、B、C、D、E、F、G)分别与管道部分的七条输出线(A′、B′、C′、D′、E′、F′、G′)相连接。在基座前部的凹陷处有一半导体集成压力传感器芯片(11)。测氧用的铂氧电极(4)和参比电极(5)均置管头首端。铂氧电极采用直径为0.08~0.2mm铂丝,尖端成球型嵌于管头首端的中央凹内,其引出线经孔(12)由基座的侧孔穿出,压接于银引出线A上。参比电极采用环形银电极(或银/氯化银电极),置于铂氧电极球部的周围。环形银电极与座体表面银引出线B相连,铂片电极(6)为正方形,是心内心电图和氢离子稀释曲线记录的共用电极,固定于基座前端体表并与银引出线C连接。铂氧电极(4)、参比电极(5)及铂片电极(6)的金属表面裸露,管头部其余部分均被复以环氧树脂膜(13),管头部分经基座连接段(14)分别与管道部分的内管(17)、护套套管(18)粘连牢固。压力传感器芯片的四条引出线分别与银引出线D、E、F、G相连。
管道部分为单腔导管,管壁由内管(17)和护套套管(18)的壁组成(图4),其长度为80~150cm,外径为1.8~2.7mm,内管的外壁上有七个凹槽(19),槽内分别装有输出线(20)。凹槽间隔有输出线的凸键,护套套管壁贴于内管外壁的凸键上,起保护作用和固定输出导线作用,管腔(21)首端留一取样口(7)。
管尾部分由一个七芯插座和一个锁紧式注射器接头组成(图5),内管管腔(21)与一锁紧式注射器连接头(8)紧密相连。护套套管尾部与七芯插座基体粘合,管壁内的七条输出线(A′B′C′D′E′F′G′)经相应的七条连线分别与插座上的七个金属插筒体连接。七芯插座基体可用注塑或环氧树脂成形,并具备与插头接合的弹性锁紧凹陷(23)。在注射器连接头(8)上面可装一三通管或直接接一注射器,以便经管腔抽取血样或注药。七芯插座与特制的电子处理装置插头相连接,经电子装置处理的信号再输入到一普通记录仪中进行连续描记。
由上述可见,本新型多功能复合型心导管既保留了现有导管的功能,又综合了血氧分析的极谱电极和微型压力传感器的使用原理,从而使管头部功能复杂化,在一次导管检查术中便可同步连续进行压力曲线、血氧含量曲线、心内膜心电图、氢离子稀释曲线等多指标观测记录,相互印证,提高了临床诊断符合率,又缩短了检查时间,减少并发症发生率。该导管检查所需配合的附属仪器被简化,操作简便易行,便于推广。

Claims (2)
1、一种由管头部(1)、管道(2)、管尾部(3)构成的多功能复合型心导管。其特征在于该导管的管头部(1)是由一陶瓷基座(10)、铂氧电极(4)、参比电极(5)、铂片电极(6)、压力传感器(11)和七条引出线组成,(10)呈圆柱状中部有一凹陷、(4)位于其顶部中央、(5)在(4)环周、(6)在一侧、(11)在凹陷处,(10)的体表有七条纵向沟,沟内各有一条引出线。其中A、B、C线分别接在(4)(5)(6)上。D、E、F、G线接在(11)上;管道(2)是由管道壁和护套组成。在管道壁与护套之间有七条A′B′C′D′E′F′G′输出线与管头部相应的银引出线相连;管尾部是一七芯插座,管道的输出线终止于插座相应的插孔上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多功能复合型心导管,其特征在于该导管头部的(4)(5)(6)裸露,其余部分被复以环氧树脂层。
