背景技术
国家推进节能惠民产品以来,作为现在的家用电冰箱,各个冰箱生产厂为了满足节能、低能耗的技术要求,都是通过更换高效压缩机,提高压缩机的COP,或者是做大冷冻蒸发器,并且在冰箱温度较高的底部布置了蒸发器管路。这种设计在成本上存在相当大的浪费,不利于成本节约;底部蒸发管还需要设定相关的定位卡夹定位,这样容易导致冰箱底部积水,腐蚀泡层,不利于冰箱的长久使用。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种成本低且满足节能惠民冰箱的指标的节能惠民冰箱。 
为实现上述实用新型目的,本实用新型节能惠民冰箱可采用如下技术方案: 
一种节能惠民冰箱,包括冷凝管、冷冻室蒸发器、冷藏室蒸发器、软冷冻蒸发器、毛细管及回气管,其特征在于:所述回气管的部分环绕成O形,所述毛细管的部分同样环绕成O形并与回气管对应贴合。 
与背景技术相比,本实用新型节能惠民冰箱环绕成O形并与回气管对应贴合。毛细管采用双管道与回气管接触方式,优化管路的同时很好保证了换热效果,使得冷冻室蒸发器不需要底部蒸发管仍然能够达到节能环保的标准。

请参阅图1至图5所示,本实用新型节能惠民冰箱包括冷凝管(未图示)、冷冻室蒸发器1、冷藏室蒸发器2、软冷冻蒸发器3、毛细管4及回气管5。为了 降低生产成本并防止冰箱底部积水,所述冷冻室蒸发器1不具有底部蒸发管。而为了在去除底部蒸发管之后仍然能够满足节能惠民冰箱的指标,满足绿色、节能和环保要求,需要对冰箱的制冷系统进行改进,包括如下部分: 
将冷凝管的设计长度适度延长,以达到降压、降能耗的目的;将冷冻室蒸发器1上具有的冷冻室蒸发管6的管路加密,增加冷量;将软冷冻蒸发器3的蒸发板7大小根据软冷冻箱胆8顶部面积来设计,同时减少软冷冻蒸发管9数量,将冷量分配到冷藏室蒸发器2;  
所述回气管5的部分环绕成O形,所述毛细管4的部分同样环绕成O形并与回气5管对应贴合。毛细管4采用双管道与回气管5接触方式,优化管路的同时很好保证了换热效果。所述毛细管4长度为2550mm,毛细管4的内外管径分别为0.62mm、1.8mm。 
通过上述方法对系统的优化后,最后考虑压缩机,选择低COP的压缩机,进行装机实验成功,冰箱成本大大降低,并完全满足节能惠民产品的要求。

1.一种节能惠民冰箱,包括冷凝管、冷冻室蒸发器、冷藏室蒸发器、软冷冻蒸发器、毛细管及回气管,其特征在于:所述回气管的部分环绕成O形,所述毛细管的部分同样环绕成O形并与回气管对应贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能惠民冰箱,其特征在于:所述冷冻室蒸发器不具有底部蒸发管。
3.根据权利要求2所述的节能惠民冰箱,其特征在于:所述毛细管长度为2550mm,毛细管的内外管径分别为0.62mm、1.8mm。
