在双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜(BOPA)的生产过程中,会产生大量的边料。这些边料如不及时处理,不仅造成浪费,而且极易污染环境。现有技术对边料的回收过程多是用造粒机造粒再生后再重新利用,不能在线回收,生产成本较高;同时,造粒后的边料性能降低,且容易受到污染,利用性大为降低。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种BOPA生产边料回收系统,可以在线回收BOPA生产过程中产生的边料,无需经过造粒机造粒过程,具有降低生产成本、提高边料性能、减少边料受到污染等优点。

BOPA生产边料回收系统,包括风机、粉碎机和风向转换器,风机和风向转换器之间连接风管,风向转换器和粉碎机之间连接有物料管,物料管靠近风向转换器的一端连接吸边料机,物料管靠近粉碎机的一段为上扬段,上扬段和粉碎机之间连接连接管,所述连接管为中间大两头小的结构,其上部设置排风口。

在实际运用中,风机5产生的高压气流由风管4送至风向转换器1,风向转换后将边料由吸边料机2吸入物料管3,然后将边料吹送至连接管6,气流由连接管6上的排风口排除,边料则由连接管6滑落进入粉碎机7进行粉碎,从粉碎机7出来的粉碎边料即可回收利用。
