[0002] 目前中国的中小型锅炉还有绝大部分采用水膜除尘技术除尘,其设计水膜除尘器 与副筒之间联接过道都是方形。这种方形过道在运行中易积灰,使锅炉负压上升,为了维持 负压而不影响在运行中易积灰,不得不增大引风机负荷,从而导致电耗增加。积灰严重时, 引风机加到最大负荷也不能维持锅炉负压,从而影响锅炉出力;进而因过道积灰其通经缩 小,使此处风速大幅增加,抽力增大,引起带水,致使引风机叶轮因带水而大量积灰,造成引 风机振动,从而危及锅炉安全运行。从我公司35t/h循环流化床锅炉看,平均40天左右锅 炉便因过道积灰而停运一次,清理积灰,既费时又费力,还要影响系统生产。
