本实用新型涉及一种防水密封盒,其特征是:上盖盖在底板上,底板上L形板与上盖配合,构成一定空隙气室,上盖与底板采用铆接、密封胶粘结、焊接、螺栓螺母连接中的一种形式进行连接。所述的上盖和底板均是由不透水的材料制成。本实用新型防水的基本原理是利用内外压平衡,上盖与底板连接处并不做密封要求,当水从上盖与底板连接的间隙进入间隙气室时,对其间隙起到了水封的作用,并压缩了其中的气体,当内部气压与外部水压相等时,则达到密封效果,而间隙气室的高度,可以保证水不会与其内的物品接触。

本发明涉及一种防水密封盒。 
背景技术
目前在水下密封防水领域采取的多位下列三种方法:1.刚性防水密封:通过对装置本身的连接处等有缝隙的地方添加螺纹等,来减小缝隙,提高密封性;2.通过柔性包装对装置封存后抽真空再将包装封口;3.通过涂抹密封胶在装置的接缝处来提高密封性。 
上述三种方法,都只能在浅水区域进行水下防水,当深度较深时,由于装置内部的压力小于外部水压,压差对装置本身的强度要求较大,导致成本过高。 
发明内容
本发明是为解决低成本水下密封防水问题,而提出的一种防水密封盒。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:上盖盖在底板上,底板上L形板与上盖配合,构成一定空隙气室,上盖与底板采用铆接、密封胶粘结、焊接、螺栓螺母连接中的一种形式进行连接。所述的上盖和底板均是由不透水的材料制成。 
本发明防水的基本原理是利用内外压平衡,上盖与底板连接处并不做密封要求,当水从上盖与底板连接的间隙进入间隙气室时,对其间隙起到了水封的作用,并压缩了其中的气体,当内部气压与外部水压相等时,则达到密封效果,而间隙气室的高度,可以保证水不会与其内的物品接触。

上盖1盖在底板2上,底板上L形板2-1与上盖1配合,构成一定空隙气室,上盖1与底板2采用铆接、密封胶粘结、焊接、螺栓螺母连接中的一种形式进行连接,图中所示的是采取的螺栓螺母连接。所述的上盖1和底板2均是由不透水的材料制成。
