背景技术
在饲料造粒过程中,通过饲料混合物通过环模模孔的挤压成型,生产出不同直径的圆柱状颗粒。由于在颗粒压制过程中挤压压力较大,普通材质的环模模孔磨损较大,使用一段时间后就必须整体更换环模,造成材料的浪费,如果环模整体采用高耐磨材料的话虽然可以大大延长使用寿命但是制造成本大大增加,另外高耐磨材料的环模长期受到挤压压力容易开裂。

本实用新型目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷提供一种成本相对较低的高耐磨颗粒机环模。
