技术领域
本实用新型涉及线缆,尤其涉及矿用电缆。 
背景技术
传统橡套软电缆没有金属护层,在户外应用尤其是在矿井内部使用时,会受到外部物理损害,而传统软电缆抵抗外部机械能力最薄弱,最容易受到损坏。若在矿井内损坏,会造成停产、人身、设备或更大的事故发生。 
为了解决上述软电缆的不足,提供一种既有较高的抗拉强度、高的抗冲击能力,能有效避免电缆因外部机械力而遭受损害的软电缆,人们采用铠装电缆。这种电缆强度高,抗冲击能力强,但是由于铠装层采用实心钢丝制做,导致电缆相对较硬,不符合矿井内要求电缆足够柔软以满足复杂的井内敷设条件的要求。 
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决上述缺陷,提供一种矿用高压橡套软电缆。本实用既保证了电缆的柔软性,又提高了电缆的抗拉强度以及抗冲击能力。 
为解决上述问题,一种矿用高压橡套软电缆,它包括外设有绝缘层的导体,三股导体成缆后设有内衬层且填充有橡皮条,内衬层外设有铠装层并绕包有绕包带并设有外护套,所述铠装层为由直径0.4-0.6mm的细钢丝绞合成的钢丝索。 
所述的矿用高压橡套软电缆,所述内衬层由玻璃丝纤维带绕包而成,其绕包方向和导体成缆方向相反。 
本实用新型对钢丝铠装结构进行了改进,由多根单丝直径为Φ0.5mm束绞成钢丝索,用钢丝锁代替传统的实心钢丝,由于采用柔软钢丝铠装,将影响电力柔软性的程度降至最低。既保证了电缆的柔软性,又提高了电缆的抗拉强度以及抗冲击能力。本实用新型还有具有耐磨性高,机械强度高的特点, 十分适合用作矿井下的电缆。

所述的矿用高压橡套软电缆,所述内衬层4由玻璃丝纤维带绕包而成,其绕包方向和导体1成缆方向相反。

1.一种矿用高压橡套软电缆,它包括外设有绝缘层的导体,三股导体成缆后设有内衬层且填充有橡皮条,内衬层外设有铠装层并绕包有绕包带并设有外护套,其特征在于,所述铠装层为由直径0.4-0.6mm的细钢丝绞合成的钢丝索。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿用高压橡套软电缆,其特征在于,所述内衬层由玻璃丝纤维带绕包而成,其绕包方向和导体成缆方向相反。
