背景技术
目前，传统采用平衡盘装置多级泵，在使用过程中平衡盘和平衡环不断磨损，随着磨损量的增加整个转子部件向前窜，当窜动量超过一定范围之后，叶轮与密封环、导叶发生摩擦甚至咬死事故。不但维修成本高昂，而且对整个系统的稳定运行造成影响。

针对上述问题，本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种当轴向窜动量超过该间隙后，转盘触动拨片发出报警声的多级泵用报警装置。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的：一种多级泵用报警装置，所述报警装置包括紧定螺钉、转盘和拨片，所述紧定螺钉和转盘随轴旋转，所述拨片固定于轴承端盖上，所述拨片与所述转盘之间有间隙。
