本实用新型是油田抽油机上的装置，是一种抽油机曲柄销子防脱扣装置。
背景技术
抽油机的曲柄销子是用螺母固定在曲柄上，经过长时间的运转，螺母会松动，造成抽油机不能正常工作，影响油井生产，还会引起抽油机翻倒，发生重大事故，产生人员伤害和经济损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种抽油机曲柄销子防脱扣装置，使其防止固定抽油机曲柄销子的螺母脱扣，保证油井正常生产。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：包括防脱块、棘轮、曲柄销子螺母、曲柄销子，曲柄销子螺母内螺纹与曲柄销子外螺纹连接，曲柄销子螺母上有棘轮，棘轮上均匀设置了棘轮槽，棘轮槽里安装防脱块，防脱块固定在抽油机上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：棘轮和防脱块组成防脱机构，防转块不会转动，因此，曲柄销子螺母不会脱扣，可以避免抽油机停机和发生翻倒，不会发生人身伤害事故和经济损失，抽油机能正常工作，具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
