本实用新型涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体涉及一种抗冲切保护系统。 
背景技术
建筑构件的搭接中,承重构件顶部周围的楼板在受力过程中,冲切力作用很大,这部分楼板,极易在冲切力的作用下破坏,因此,亟待研制一种抗冲切结构,提高承重构件端部楼板的结构强度,保证建筑质量。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:解决上述现有技术存在的问题,而提供一种抗冲切保护系统,提高楼板的抗冲切能力,使承重构件顶端区域的楼板受力后不被破坏,提高建筑技术性能。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 
一种抗冲切保护系统,具有金属顶板和多根抗冲切钢筋,每根抗冲切钢筋顶端连接固定钢筋顶座,钢筋顶座再与金属顶板连接固定,抗冲切钢筋的底端具有钢筋底座,钢筋底座与抗冲切钢筋为连接整体。 
上述技术方案中,所述的抗冲切保护系统预埋在楼板中主钢筋顶面或主钢筋下面。 
本实用新型的抗冲切保护系统,设计用于保护承重构件顶端区域的楼板,以防止冲切破坏,其中抗冲切钢筋是一种高效的工业钢筋,用于替代传统的箍筋,安装快速容易。 
由于混凝土抗拉性能较差,楼板在受到剪力作用时,容易开裂,变形。将本实用新型的抗冲切保护系统,预埋在楼板中,利用钢筋抗拉原理,结合混凝土抗压原理,大大提高楼板抗剪能力,使得承重构件顶端区域的楼板受力后不被破坏,起到抗冲切作用。 
本实用新型的抗冲切保护系统,无需保护层垫块,使楼板的钢筋安装变得简单。使用本实用新型的楼板可直接与柱子和墙体浇注在一起,无需在墙柱顶部区域将楼板进行加厚。本实用新型能使楼板的抗冲冲能力提高。 
优点效果: 
相较于普通楼板,使用本实用新型抗冲切保护系统的楼板,抗冲切性能显著提高,承重构件端部的楼板受力易开裂的问题得到了解决。

参见图1—图2,本实用新型的抗冲切保护系统,具有金属顶板1和多根抗冲切钢筋3,每根抗冲切钢筋3顶端连接固定钢筋顶座2,钢筋顶座2再与金属顶板1连接固定,抗冲切钢筋3的底端具有钢筋底座4,钢筋底座4与抗冲切钢筋3为连接整体。 
上述的抗冲切保护系统预埋在楼板中主钢筋顶面或主钢筋下面。

1.一种抗冲切保护系统,其特征在于:具有金属顶板和多根抗冲切钢筋,每根抗冲切钢筋顶端连接固定钢筋顶座,钢筋顶座再与金属顶板连接固定,抗冲切钢筋的底端具有钢筋底座,钢筋底座与抗冲切钢筋为连接整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗冲切保护系统,其特征在于:所述的抗冲切保护系统预埋在楼板中主钢筋顶面或主钢筋下面。
