背景技术
目前，市面上已植物为原料加工制成的产品种类相当众多，因植物中含有非常丰富的植物性蛋白质，能够增加产品的营养要素，所以广泛应用于各种食品、饲料、药材及营养品等。但一般植物的细胞壁构造含有纤维素并十分坚韧，故使用时往往会因外部细胞壁的干扰，影响人们的使用。 
发明内容
为了克服植物细胞壁对人们营养吸收的影响，本实用新型提供了一种高压匀浆处理细胞装置，该在装置内加装高压匀浆装置，简单方便的实现破碎细胞壁。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：装置具有一壳体，壳体上端加装进料口，进料口下部加装高压匀浆装置，壳体上部加装盖体，盖体上加装超声波装置，盖体连接搅拌装置，搅拌装置的转轴连接盖体上端，转轴的下端安装搅拌桨，搅拌装置连接壳体外部的驱动装置，在盖体的上端加装营养液添加管，壳体内侧加装离心装置。搅拌装置可以对植物细胞进行搅拌，高压匀浆 装置对植物细胞液进行高压匀浆 ，超声波装置破坏植物细胞壁结构，离心装置对植物细胞壁进行离心脱除，简单方便的实现细胞壁的去除。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，高压匀浆处理细胞装置，尤其是在装置内加装高压匀浆装置，使超声波破碎细胞壁。

在图1中，在壳体1上部加装进料口2，进料口2下部加装高压匀浆 装置10，壳体1上部加装盖体3，盖体3上加装超声波装置11，盖体3连接搅拌装置4，搅拌装置4的转轴6连接盖体上端，转轴6的下端安装搅拌桨5，搅拌装置4连接壳体外部的驱动装置8，在盖体1的上端加装营养液添加管7，壳体1内侧加装离心装置9。

1.一种高压匀浆处理细胞装置，在装置内加装高压匀浆装置及超声波装置、高压匀浆 装置、搅拌装置、离心装置，其特征是：壳体上端加装进料口，进料口下部加装高压匀浆 装置，壳体上部加装盖体，盖体上加装超声波装置，盖体连接搅拌装置，搅拌装置连接壳体外部的驱动装置，在盖体的上端加装营养液添加管，壳体内侧加装离心装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是：搅拌装置的转轴连接盖体上端，转轴的下端安装搅拌桨。
