Abstract

本实用新型涉及托盘的设计和制造技术领域,具体地说是一种高抗冲PVC复合树脂托盘。目前,托盘的品种主要有木质托盘、竹托盘、多层板托盘、塑料托盘、钢托盘、纸托盘、塑木托盘、模压托盘等,但是均存在一些缺点。本实用新型支撑面与底面之间设有九个正方形支撑掌,底面设有田字型结构的底托,田字型结构之间连接有支撑杆;支撑面与底面之间为中空,底面侧的支撑掌之间连接有一根底面支撑杆,支撑面侧的支撑掌之间连接有两根支撑面支撑杆;底面支撑杆内插有钢条;托盘侧边设有凹槽。本实用新型的原材料成本低,可以回收利用,韧性、强度、承压能力高,使用时四面可插,操作方便简单。

本实用新型涉及托盘设计制造技术领域,具体地说是一种高抗冲PVC复合树脂托盘,其广泛应用于建筑与市政工程中。 
背景技术
目前,按材质分类托盘的品种主要有:木质托盘、竹托盘、多层板托盘、塑料托盘、钢托盘、纸托盘、塑木托盘、模压托盘等等,但是均存在一些缺点。如木质托盘:不防火、不防水、易受潮、易生虫、易腐烂;一次性出口包装材料时,须进行熏蒸或热处理,增加额外费用,延长通关时间;制作木托盘需砍伐大量森林,与环保主题背道而驰。竹托盘:外观整洁度有待提高;边角易出现毛刺;承载力低,不防火、不防水;生产制作过程中大量用胶,无法出口到对甲醛排放要求严格的市场。塑料托盘:成本高、强度低、抗冲性能差;在结构和尺寸上有很大的局限性,产品规格的灵活度不高;由聚氯乙稀制作而成,如含有再生颗粒可能含有毒素,对使用环境的温度有一定的要求(零下25℃至40℃)。钢托盘:自重大、易生锈、易腐蚀、价格昂贵,只能在特定行业中使用。纸托盘:承载力太低 ,不防水、不防火,易吸潮,不能在仓库中长期使用。塑木托盘:刚性差、价格高、规格灵活性小等缺点。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是想提供一种高抗冲PVC复合树脂托盘,既有高抗冲,易加工,成本低的优点,又方便叉车运送,可以有效地解决上述现有技术的缺陷问题。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:支撑面与底面之间设有九个正方形支撑掌,底面设有田字型结构的底托;支撑面与底面之间为中空,底面侧的支撑掌之间连接有一根底面支撑杆,支撑面侧的支撑掌之间连接有两根支撑面支撑杆;底面支撑杆内插有钢条;托盘侧边设有凹槽。 
进一步,托盘的长度L1为1400 mm,宽度L2为1200 mm,托盘的厚度H为125mm;支撑掌的边长为220mm。 
本实用新型的优点在于原材料成本低,利用注塑成型生产效率高;优异的韧性和强度,承压能力高,抗撞击性和耐用性好;耐候性好,抗疲劳,使用寿命长,废盘材料可以回收利用,符合环保要求;不怕酸碱腐蚀,不生锈;重量轻。托盘侧边设有凹槽,四面可插,操作方便简单,配合防滑橡胶,保证物料在搬运和运输过程中不会滑落;既适合在仓库中互相堆垛,又适合在各类货架上使用,适合各类卡车运输,方便物料的集装化、单元化运输。该高抗冲PVC复合树脂托盘可广泛应用于机械、电子、食品、医药、服装等行业。

从图1-图2可知,本实用新型的支撑面1与底面2之间设有九个正方形支撑掌3,底面2设有田字型结构的底托;支撑面1与底面2之间为中空,底面侧的支撑掌之间连接有一根底面支撑杆4,支撑面侧的支撑掌之间连接有两根支撑面支撑杆5;底面支撑杆4内插有钢条;托盘侧边设有凹槽。 
托盘的长度L1为1400 mm,宽度L2为1200 mm,托盘的厚度H(即支撑面1距底面2的距离)为125mm;支撑掌3的边长为220mm。

1.一种高抗冲PVC复合树脂托盘,其特征在于:支撑面(1)与底面(2)之间设有九个正方形支撑掌(3),底面(2)设有田字型结构的底托;支撑面(1)与底面(2)之间为中空,底面侧的支撑掌之间连接有一根底面支撑杆(4),支撑面侧的支撑掌之间连接有两根支撑面支撑杆(5);底面支撑杆(4)内插有钢条;托盘侧边设有凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高抗冲PVC复合树脂托盘,其特征在于:托盘的长度L1为1400 mm,宽度L2为1200 mm,托盘的厚度H为125mm;支撑掌(3)的边长为220mm。
