包装膜蒸汽热缩机，由工作台、传动系统和热缩室组成，工作台由台面和支撑箱组成，传动系统由传动链、链轮、皮带和电机组成，热缩室由保温壳和蒸汽喷管组成，保温壳安装在工作台面中央，罩在传动链上，保温壳内两侧壁上分别安装有蒸汽喷管，蒸汽喷管用连接管接到保温壳外，保温壳外的连接管上安装有阀门。采用上述技术方案，在包装现场，可以利用生产车间中的使用的蒸汽，将蒸汽接入本实用新型的连接管，用蒸汽对产品或产品外包装上的塑料包装膜进行喷气加热，即可使塑料膜热缩紧贴在产品或产品外包装上，由于蒸汽的温度相对稳定在100℃，不需要进行复杂的恒温处理，因而该机的控制简单，设备造价较低。

本实用新型属于塑料包装设备技术领域，涉及一种包装膜蒸汽热缩机。
背景技术
在现有技术中，包装膜热缩机一般用电能来加热烘烤覆盖在产品或产品外包装上的塑料包装膜，使其受热后收缩，紧贴在产品或产品外包装的表面，这种设备不仅需要大量消耗电能，且控制烘烤温度和系统复杂，设备制造成本高，不适应小规模生产的需要。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中，采用电加热的包装膜热缩机制造成本高，不适应小规模生产要求的问题，本实用新型提供一种包装膜蒸汽热缩机，由工作台、传动系统和热缩室组成，工作台由台面和支撑箱组成，台面安装在支撑箱上，传动系统由传动链、链轮、皮带和电机组成，传动链在安装工作台的台面中央，上端与台面平齐，传动链的两端安装在链轮上，电机安装在支撑箱内，电机与链轮用皮带连接，热缩室由保温壳和蒸汽喷管组成，保温壳安装在工作台台面上端中央，罩在传动链上，保温壳的两端安装隔热帘，保温壳内两侧壁上分别安装有蒸汽喷管，蒸汽喷管上开有喷孔，蒸汽喷管用连接管接到保温壳外，保温壳外的连接管上安装有阀门。
采用上述技术方案，在包装现场，可以利用生产车间中使用的蒸汽，将蒸汽接入本实用新型的连接管，用蒸汽对产品或产品外包装上的塑料包装膜进行喷气加热，即可使塑料膜热缩紧贴在产品或产品外包装上，由于蒸汽的温度相对稳定在100℃，不需要进行复杂的恒温处理，因而该机的控制简单，设备造价较低。

实施例：如图1和图2所示，一种包装膜蒸汽热缩机，由工作台、传动系统和热缩室组成，工作台由台面4和支撑箱1组成，台面4安装在支撑箱1上，传动系统由传动链5、链轮6、皮带3和电机2组成，传动链5安装在工作台的台面4中央，上端与台面平齐，传动链5的两端安装在链轮6上，电机2安装在支撑箱1内，电机2与链轮用皮带3连接，热缩室由保温壳10和蒸汽喷管9组成，保温壳10安装在工作台台面4上端中央，罩在传动链5上，保温壳10的两端安装隔热帘7，保温壳10内两侧壁上分别安装有蒸汽喷管9，蒸汽喷管9上开有喷孔8，蒸汽喷管9用连接管11接到保温壳外，保温壳外的连接管11上安装有阀门12。

1.包装膜蒸汽热缩机，由工作台、传动系统和热缩室组成，其特征是：工作台由台面（4）和支撑箱（1）组成，台面（4）安装在支撑箱（1）上，传动系统由传动链（5）、链轮（6）、皮带（3）和电机（2）组成，传动链（5）安装在工作台的台面（4）中央，上端与台面平齐，传动链（5）的两端安装在链轮（6）上，电机（2）安装在支撑箱（1）内，电机（2）与链轮用皮带（3）连接，热缩室由保温壳（10）和蒸汽喷管（9）组成，保温壳（10）安装在工作台台面（4）上端中央，罩在传动链（5）上，保温壳（10）的两端安装隔热帘（7），保温壳（10）内两侧壁上分别安装有蒸汽喷管（9），蒸汽喷管（9）上开有喷孔（8），蒸汽喷管（9）用连接管（11）接到保温壳外，保温壳外的连接管（11）上安装有阀门（12）。
