现有技术,其性能达不到功能型人造板的性能要求,不能作为增强、环保功能型地板和家具,以及装修材料使用。 
发明内容
本实用新型提出的是一种耐磨环保型纳米纤维素和二氧化硅改性涂料涂饰人造板,其目的旨在克服现有技术所存在的上述缺陷,其性能可达到功能型人造板的性能要求,能作为增强、环保功能型地板和家具,以及装修材料使用。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案:其结构是三层结构,第一层是由耐磨环保型纳米纤维素和二氧化硅改性涂料构成的表层;第二层是干燥后的木材单板的中间层,第三层是环保型人造板基材的底层,所述的干燥后的木材单板的中间层的含水率为8%-12%。 
本实用新型的优点:其性能可达到功能型人造板的性能要求,可用于增强、环保功能型地板和家具,以及装修材料使用。耐磨环保型纳米纤维素和二氧化硅改性涂料涂饰人造板的主要性能如下:

具体实施方式
对照附图1,其结构是三层结构,第一层是耐磨环保型纳米纤维素和二氧化硅改性涂料构成的表层1;第二层是干燥后的木材单板的中间层2,第三层是环保型人造板基材的底层3,所述的干燥后的木材单板中间层2的含水率为8%-12%。 
各层的厚度:第一层是耐磨环保型纳米纤维素和二氧化硅改性涂料厚度为0.1-0.2mm;第二层是干燥后的木材单板厚度为0.2-2.0mm;第三层是环保型人造板基材底层厚度为3-25 mm。 
耐磨环保型纳米纤维素和二氧化硅改性涂料涂饰人造板生产时,首先将底层砂光后的环保型人造板基材表面涂无甲醛豆胶,陈化1小时后,再放中间一层干燥后的木材单板,然后送入热压机热压胶合;木材单板与人造板基材胶合后经过冷却、表面加工后,再涂饰表层的底涂和面涂耐磨环保型纳米纤维素和二氧化硅改性涂料,获得耐磨环保型纳米纤维素和二氧化硅改性涂料涂饰人造板产品,其性能可达到功能型人造板的性能要求,可用于增强、环保功能型地板和家具,以及装修材料使用。耐磨环保型纳米纤维素和二氧化硅改性涂料涂饰人造板的主要性能如下: 
静曲强度 > 20 MPa;
弹性模量 > 3500 MPa;
游离甲醛释放量 < 9mg/100g;
表面耐磨性能 < 0.05g/100r,且漆膜未磨透。

1.耐磨环保型纳米纤维素和二氧化硅改性涂料涂饰人造板,其特征是三层结构,第一层是表层;第二层是干燥后的木材单板的中间层,第三层是环保型人造板基材的底层,所述的干燥后的木材单板的中间层的含水率为8%-12%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨环保型纳米纤维素和二氧化硅改性涂料涂饰人造板,其特征是所述的表层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm;中间层的厚度为0.2-2.0mm;底层的厚度为3-25 mm。
