粉碎机分为小型粉碎机和大型粉碎机，一般的小型粉碎机使用范围最广泛的，它适用于医药、农业、化工等多种行业的使用，小型粉碎机采用高速单相电机，结构精密，体积小，重量轻，功效高，既省电又安全。小型粉碎机是专门针对粉碎物料产量小的用户研制的，目前市场上有各式各样的粉碎机，但是大多数都不好将物料尽心彻底的粉碎，粉碎后的产品还是有很多大颗粒，而且长期工作的粉碎机的筛网容易堵塞，不方便清洗，影响粉碎效率。

参看图1-3，本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案：它包含机架1、电机2、粉碎仓3、料斗4；电机2设置在机架1上，粉碎仓3设置在机架1的上部，料斗4设置在粉碎仓3的上部，所述的粉碎仓的前部设置有门体5，当需要清洗时可以打开门体5进行清洗。

本具体实施方式在工作时，粉碎刀体3-4斤大块的物料进行粉碎，物料被粉碎后，达到要求的小颗粒物料通过过滤网从出口喷出，没有打碎的大颗粒物料继续留在粉碎仓3中进行粉碎，直至粉碎至达到要求的颗粒大小从过滤网中通过。
