技术领域
本实用新型涉及到电缆电线技术领域,尤其是涉及一种能满足长期接触或者浸泡在机油里使用要求的电缆。 
背景技术
目前已有的抽油机抽油杆加热电缆一般采用加强钢丝绞合层来提高抗拉、耐磨性能,但此类产品只能达到长期接触或者浸泡在机油里面持续耐用的效果,其耐寒性能并不理想。 
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请人提供了一种耐油耐寒抽油机抽油杆加热电缆。本电缆能够长期承受日光照射、风吹雨淋、紫外线照射,具有优异的耐磨抗拉耐寒性能。 
本实用新型的技术方案如下: 
一种耐油耐寒抽油机抽油杆加热电缆,由内向外依次由单根承重线芯、六根绝缘线芯、玻璃丝填充层、玻璃丝包带、铜丝编织层以及耐油耐寒复合塑料护套构成;
所述承重线芯分为两层,内部为加强镀锌低炭钢丝正规绞合线芯,外部为挤包绝缘层;所述绝缘线芯分为两层,内部为铜单丝正规绞合线芯,外部为挤包聚醚醚酮绝缘层。
本实用新型有益的技术效果在于: 
本电缆克服了现有抽油机抽油杆加热电缆的缺点和不足,提高了耐寒性及耐油性能,能够满足电缆长期接触或者浸泡在机油里面的使用要求。此外,本电缆还能长期经受日光照射、温度变化、风吹雨淋尤其是紫外线照射等外界作用的影响,还能长期在气温较低的情况下正常使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本实用新型进行具体描述。 
本电缆由内向外分为六层,最内层为单根承重线芯,所述承重线芯分为两层,内部为加强镀锌低炭钢丝正规绞合线芯1,外部为挤包绝缘层,绝缘层可选用125℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃耐油聚烯烃。 
次外层六根绝缘线芯均匀分布在承重线芯周围,所述绝缘线芯分为两层,内部为铜单丝正规绞合线芯2,外部为挤包聚醚醚酮绝缘层3。聚醚醚酮的特性是抗水解和耐辐射、耐磨性能好。 
其中加强镀锌低炭钢丝正规绞合线芯1和铜单丝正规绞合线芯2的正规绞合的节径比从内向外依次为7,9,11。 
紧贴六根绝缘线芯外部包覆有玻璃丝填充层4,其外分布包覆玻璃丝包带5、铜丝编织层6以及耐油耐寒复合塑料护套7。所述铜丝编织层6为镀锡铜丝编织,起到了屏蔽作用。

1.一种耐油耐寒抽油机抽油杆加热电缆,其特征在于:
    所述电缆由内向外依次由单根承重线芯、六根绝缘线芯、玻璃丝填充层(4)、玻璃丝包带(5)、铜丝编织层(6)以及耐油耐寒复合塑料护套(7)构成;
    所述承重线芯分为两层,内部为加强镀锌低炭钢丝正规绞合线芯(1),外部为挤包绝缘层;所述绝缘线芯分为两层,内部为铜单丝正规绞合线芯(2),外部为挤包聚醚醚酮绝缘层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐油耐寒抽油机抽油杆加热电缆,其特征在于:所述加强镀锌低炭钢丝正规绞合线芯(1)和所述铜单丝正规绞合线芯(2)的正规绞合的节径比从内向外依次为7,9,11。
