Abstract

新型油烟机离心压气机
(1)技术领域:
离心压气机是用于油气和粉尘分离的机械装置。 
(2)背景技术:
常用的油烟机离心压气机通常采用的径向的蜗壳,这限制了叶轮的径向尺寸。现在常用的多叶式叶轮结构相对较薄弱,容易变形破坏动平衡,不宜维护和拆卸清洗。 
(3)发明内容:
新型油烟机离心压气机叶轮的叶片(见附图2中1)具有轴向延长的叶片(附图2中2)。 
特点是离心压气机轴向延长的叶片与压气机外壳(附图3和附图4)构成了排气通道(附图3中10)。这样的结构是排气通道的外径被限制在压气机外径尺寸,压气机叶轮具有尽可能大的径向尺寸,从而获得更高的效率。为了保证气流流动顺畅叶轮底板弯曲形成导流锥面(附图2中3)。 
电机安装在与压气机外壳一体的电机座(附图3中11)上,安装方便而且稳固,同时电机座也是风道的一部分。

(5)其体实施方式:
新型离心压气机采用了叶轮轴向延长叶片,将排气通道限制在压气机外径尺寸,在有限空间内可以做到叶轮外径最大化,从而获得更大的离心速度,提高了离心压气机的效率。由于叶轮叶片径向长度较长而且是全程作用压气,气流的扰动较小,相对比较顺畅。气流由进气口进入,一部分气体由叶片直接排出,余下部分在封闭后进入内侧排气道,在气体压力和延长叶片的推动下流向排气口,再经过延长叶片的推动排出。这种结构不需要众多的叶片,可减少约2/3的叶片。 
可以做成整体叶轮结构,强度更高,能够方便的拆卸、清洗。同时振动和噪音都可控制在较低的水平。如果有较高的净化及排量要求,可通过提高转速、调整结构尺寸和增加叶片数量等来满足。整体结构相应减少的制造工序和制造成本。 
目前家用油烟机广泛使用的多翼式离心叶轮,因转速较高,对叶轮的动平衡有很高的要求,加上叶片多而窄小、弯曲,维修保养和清洗不适合普通用户操作。由于转速较高,所需功率也较大,同时噪音也不低。 
如采用新型油烟机离心压气机,油烟机的震动和噪音都可以控制在较为合理的范围。维修保养和清洗也很方便。只需拆下端盖和叶轮就可进行清洗和检修保养。

1.新型油烟机离心压气机,其特征是叶轮的叶片具有轴向延长的叶片(2)。 
2.根据权利要求1中所述新型油烟机离心压气机,其特征是离心压气机叶轮轴向延长的叶片(2)与压气机外壳体(6)构成排气通道(10)的结构。 
3.根据权利要求1中所述新型油烟机离心压气机,其特征是叶轮底板(3)弯曲形成导流锥面的结构。 
4.根据权利要求1中所述新型油烟机离心压气机,其特征是与压气机外壳体(6)一体的电机座(4)。
