本实用新型公开了一种水力碎浆机筛板,包括圆环形的筛板本体,筛板本体内边缘和外边缘均设有安装孔,筛板本体上设有筛孔,所述每个筛孔均由同轴线的圆柱段和圆锥段构成,圆锥段较小端与圆柱段连接,圆锥段较小端的内径与圆柱段的内径相等。采用上述技术方案,筛板本体的筛孔由直圆柱结构改为进口为圆柱形,出口为较大的圆锥形结构,当浆料进入筛孔时,筛孔直径逐渐变大,筛孔对浆料的阻力降低,浆料很顺利地通过筛孔,浆料通过筛孔阻力小,流速高,碎浆机产能提高,经试验,采用本实用新型使得水力碎浆机产能提高15%以上,动力消耗大大降低。

本实用新型属于造纸设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种水力碎浆机筛板。 
背景技术
水力碎浆机主要用于碎解各种浆板、损纸及各种废纸。水力碎浆机的筛板筛孔结构是影响碎浆机生产能力的重要因素。传统的筛板的筛孔为直圆柱型结构,浆料由进入筛孔到排出筛孔要经过较长距离,浆料在通过筛孔时阻力很大,流速低,因而,碎浆机产能低。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种降低阻力、提高流速的水力碎浆机筛板。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种水力碎浆机筛板,包括圆环形的筛板本体,筛板本体内边缘和外边缘均设有安装孔,筛板本体上设有筛孔,所述每个筛孔均由同轴线的圆柱段和圆锥段构成,圆锥段较小端与圆柱段连接,圆锥段较小端的内径与圆柱段的内径相等。 
所述筛孔的圆柱段与圆锥段的长度比为1:6。 
所述筛孔的圆锥段的较小端与较大端的内径比为4:5。 
采用上述技术方案,筛板本体的筛孔由直圆柱结构改为进口为圆柱形,出口为较大的圆锥形结构,当浆料进入筛孔时,筛孔直径逐渐变大,筛孔对浆料的阻力降低,浆料很顺利地通过筛孔,浆料通过筛孔阻力小,流速高,碎浆机产能提高,经试验,采用本实用新型使得水力碎浆机产能提高15%以上,动力消耗大大降低。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的一种水力碎浆机筛板,包括圆环形的筛板本体1,筛板本体1内边缘和外边缘均设有安装孔2,筛板本体1上设有筛孔3,每个筛孔3均由同轴线的圆柱段4和圆锥段5构成,圆锥段5较小端与圆柱段4连接,圆锥段5较小端的内径与圆柱段4的内径相等。筛孔3的圆柱段4与圆锥段5的长度比为1:6,筛孔3的圆锥段5的较小端与较大端的内径比为4:5,这种比例是一种降低阻力、提高流速最佳的设计参数。 
由于筛板本体1的筛孔3由原来的直圆柱结构改为进口为圆柱段4(圆柱形)、出口为较大的圆锥段5(圆锥形)结构,当浆料进入筛孔3时,筛孔3直径逐渐变大,筛孔3对浆料的阻力降低,浆料很顺利地通过筛孔3,浆料通过筛孔3阻力小,流速高,碎浆机产能提高,经试验,采用本实用新型使得水力碎浆机产能提高15%以上,动力消耗大大降低。

1.一种水力碎浆机筛板,包括圆环形的筛板本体,筛板本体内边缘和外边缘均设有安装孔,筛板本体上设有筛孔,其特征在于:所述每个筛孔均由同轴线的圆柱段和圆锥段构成,圆锥段较小端与圆柱段连接,圆锥段较小端的内径与圆柱段的内径相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水力碎浆机筛板,其特征在于:所述筛孔的圆柱段与圆锥段的长度比为1:6。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水力碎浆机筛板,其特征在于:所述筛孔的圆锥段的较小端与较大端的内径比为4:5。
