本实用新型属于漆包线生产技术领域,尤其是涉及一种聚乙烯醇缩甲醛析出工序冷媒系统。 
背景技术
在现有的技术中,如图2所示,析出罐工作前先需把冷媒(盐液约40M3)降温至-10℃,这期间约耗时12h,析出罐工作后冷冻机仍不能停机。存在耗能高、时间长、维护费用高、占地空间大等技术问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作方便、占地面积小、高效节能的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛析出工序冷媒系统。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:聚乙烯醇缩甲醛析出工序冷媒系统,包括通过管路构成循环整体的冷冻机和析出罐,由冷冻机流向析出罐的管路上设有泵,由析出罐流向冷冻机的管路上设有高位槽,所述析出罐的中下部还设有夹套。 
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,冷冻机直接与析出罐相连,只需要提前约1h运行冷冻机部分,不需储能,冷媒采用乙二醇,根据工艺要求可达-15℃至-20℃,高位槽采用0.2M3,比现有技术中的40M3的盐水槽占地面积小许多。本实用新型具有结构简单,操作方便、占地面积小、高效节能等优点。

如图1所示,本实用新型的技术方案为:聚乙烯醇缩甲醛析出工序冷媒系统,包括通过管路3构成循环整体的冷冻机1和析出罐2,由冷冻机1流向析出罐2的管路3上设有泵4,由析出罐2流向冷冻机1的管路3上设有高位槽5,所述析出罐2的中下部还设有夹套6。 
本实例的工作原理和积极效果:冷冻机1直接与析出罐2相连,只需要提前约1h运行冷冻机1部分,不需储能,冷媒采用乙二醇,根据工艺要求可达-15℃至-20℃,高位槽5采用0.2M3,比现有技术中的40M3的盐水槽占 地面积小许多。
