本实用新型涉及一种注塑模具的旋转抽芯机构,包括动模座板和定模座板,动模座板通过动模模脚安装动模框,动模框上安装有动模镶块,定模座板通过定模模脚安装定模框,定模框上安装有定模镶块,定模镶块上安装有轴承,轴承上设置有能绕轴承旋转并能使抽屉翻盖把手的圆弧结构成型的旋转芯子,旋转芯子尾部制有椭圆形通孔,定模模脚上安装有第一油缸,第一油缸的油缸杆上固定有销子,销子位于椭圆形通孔内并能沿椭圆形通孔左右移动。本实用新型采用旋转抽芯技术,使得具有圆弧结构的抽屉翻盖把手能整体注塑成型,与分体制造组装成型相比,简化了制造工序,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种注塑模具的旋转抽芯机构,属于模具技术领域。
背景技术
如图3所示的具有圆弧结构19的抽屉翻盖把手,在冰箱等家用电器上应用的相当普遍。但目前这种抽屉翻盖把手正因为存在圆弧结构,产品成型后脱模困难,因此只能采用分体制造后组装成型。这不但使制造工序变得复杂,降低了生产效率,而且大幅度增加了制造成本,不利于推广使用。
实用新型内容  
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种制造工序简单、生产效率高,制造成本低的注塑模具的旋转抽芯机构。
为达到上述实用新型目的本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
注塑模具的旋转抽芯机构,包括动模座板和定模座板,所述动模座板通过动模模脚安装动模框,所述动模框上安装有动模镶块,所述定模座板通过定模模脚安装定模框,所述定模框上安装有定模镶块,其特征在于所述定模镶块上安装有轴承,所述轴承上设置有能绕所述轴承旋转并能使抽屉翻盖把手的圆弧结构成型的旋转芯子,所述旋转芯子尾部制有椭圆形通孔,所述定模模脚上安装有第一油缸,所述第一油缸的油缸杆上固定有销子,所述销子位于所述椭圆形通孔内并能沿所述椭圆形通孔左右移动。
本实用新型采用旋转抽芯技术,使得具有圆弧结构的抽屉翻盖把手能整体注塑成型,与分体制造组装成型相比,简化了制造工序,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,更有利于该产品推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种注塑模具的旋转抽芯机构,包括动模座板1和定模座板10,所述动模座板1通过动模模脚4安装动模框5,所述动模座板1与所述动模框5之间设有顶针板3,顶针板3由油缸带动,所述动模框5上安装有动模镶块6,所述定模座板10通过定模模脚9安装定模框8,所述定模框8上安装有定模镶块7,所述定模镶块7上安装有轴承14,所述轴承14上设置有能绕所述轴承14旋转并能使抽屉翻盖把手的圆弧结构19成型的旋转芯子13,所述旋转芯子13尾部制有椭圆形通孔12,所述定模模脚9上安装有第一油缸15,所述第一油缸15的油缸杆上固定有销子18,所述销子18位于所述椭圆形通孔12内并能沿所述椭圆形通孔12左右移动。
本技术方案采用旋转抽芯技术,使得具有圆弧结构19的抽屉翻盖把手能整体注塑成型,与分体制造组装成型相比,简化了制造工序,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,更有利于该产品推广使用。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步优化,所述动模框5的侧壁安装有锁模油缸17,所述锁模油缸17的油缸杆端部固定有锁模块16,当锁模油缸17的油缸杆处于伸长状态时,所述锁模块16与所述旋转芯子13的尾部相接触。
该结构作为本实施例的锁模机构,通过锁模油缸17来回运动,促使锁模块16与旋转芯子13接触,防止旋转芯子13在针阀热流道进浇时,受注塑压力作用而发生旋转,保证机构稳定并正常工作。 
本实用新型的工作原理如下:
产品注塑成型后,锁模油缸17油缸杆收缩,锁模块16随之右移从而解除锁模;随后第一油缸15的油缸杆伸长,旋转芯子13开始旋转进行抽芯,在此过程中销子18在椭圆形通孔12内移动使得油缸杆不发生倾斜,从而保证了整个机构的工作稳定性;抽芯结束后进行开模,再由顶出油缸带动顶针板3、顶针板3带动顶杆将产品顶出,至此结束了产品的一个生产周期。

1.注塑模具的旋转抽芯机构,包括动模座板(1)和定模座板(10),所述动模座板(1)通过动模模脚(4)安装动模框(5),所述动模框(5)上安装有动模镶块(6),所述定模座板(10)通过定模模脚(9)安装定模框(8),所述定模框(8)上安装有定模镶块(7),其特征在于所述定模镶块(7)上安装有轴承(14),所述轴承(14)上设置有能绕所述轴承(14)旋转并能使抽屉翻盖把手的圆弧结构成型的旋转芯子(13),所述旋转芯子(13)尾部制有椭圆形通孔(12),所述定模模脚(9)上安装有第一油缸(15),所述第一油缸(15)的油缸杆上固定有销子(18),所述销子(18)位于所述椭圆形通孔(12)内并能沿所述椭圆形通孔(12)左右移动。
