背景技术
 不锈钢汽车排气管生产中需要对管件进行弯折加工,目前采用的弯管设备在不锈钢汽车排气管折弯过程中会导致产品出现压痕、起皱现象,降低产品的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供钢索式万向通芯,本实用新型解决了现有技术在不锈钢汽车排气管折弯过程中会导致产品出现压痕、起皱现象,降低产品质量的问题。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:钢索式万向通芯,包括一条钢索2,钢索2前端与固定管筒1螺纹连接,钢索2后端套装有固定体3,钢索2与固定体3内孔过滤配合;在钢索2中段套装有至少两个万向瓦套4,所述万向瓦套4外表面是碗形结构,万向瓦套4内孔前端有碗形槽5,万向瓦套4内孔后端是锥形孔6,锥形孔6小端与碗形槽5的底部连通,前侧万向瓦套4的底部嵌入于后侧万向瓦套4的碗形槽5中。
本实用新型可以加工大管径的薄壁排气管,加工的排气管不会出现压痕、起皱现象。本实用新型大大缩短调模时间,提高生产效率,降低产品不合格率,提高设备的使用寿命。
