技术领域:本实用新型属于环保设备领域,特别是一种废气净化装置。 
背景技术:工业废气处理指的是专门针对工业场所如工厂、车间、养殖场、垃圾场、污水处理厂产生的废气在对外排放前进行预处理。工业废气处理的方法一般有活性炭吸附法、催化燃烧法、催化氧化法、酸碱中和法、生物洗涤、等离子法等多种。要把废气中的有害因素全部消除,需要采用各种处理手段进行综合处理。势必使得处理设备结构复杂、体积庞大、造价高昂。被清理出的有害物的排放还可能会造成二次污染。 
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是设计一种有害废气净化装置,它有比较简洁的结构和良好的净化效果。所采用的技术方案是这样的:有害废气净化装置,由空气混合器、等离子净化器、光解净化器、洗涤中和塔组成。空气混合器有两个进气口,其中一个有害废气进气口上装有智能性气体浓度监测仪,另一个空气进气口上装有接受气体浓度监测仪指令的进气阀控制器;空气混合器由两级组成。空气混合器后面连接高压等离子净化器,再后面连接有毒废气光解净化器,光解净化器出气口连接风机的进气口,风机的出气口接洗涤中和塔。 
有害废气净化装置可自动用空气冲淡废气浓度,消除在高压电场下的安全隐患。提升净化效果,安全性高,没有二次污染。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图作进一步的说明。 
如附图所示,有害废气净化装置,由空气混合器、等离子净化器、光解净化器、洗涤中和塔组成。空气混合器6有两个进气口,其中一个高浓度废气进气口2上装有智能性气体浓度监测仪1,另一个空气进气口4上装有接受气体浓度监测仪指令的进气阀控制器3。有害废气接受气体浓度监测仪的监控,根据其浓度大小及变化,自动实现空气进气口阀门5启闭大小的动作。空气混合器包括相同的第一混合器6和第二混合器7两级,保证有害废气进入空气混合器后与空气反复旋转混合,浓度降低、成分均匀。杜绝废气进入等离子净化器的高压电场后可能发生的安全隐患。 
空气混合器后面连接高压等离子净化器8,再后面连接有毒废气光解净化器9,有害废气在这两项净化器作用下被彻底净化,最后形成二氧化碳和水,以及少量氯化氢。光解净化器出气口连接风机10的进气口,有害废气是在负压力作用下进入净化装置的。风机的出气口连接洗涤中和塔11,被净化的废气在正压力作用下通过洗涤中和塔被碱性水洗涤吸附及中和后成为完全无害的气体排出。 

Claims (2)

1.有害废气净化装置,由空气混合器、等离子净化器、光解净化器组成,其特征是:空气混合器(6)有两个进气口,其中一个废气进气口(2)上装有智能性气体浓度监测仪(1),另一个空气进气口(4)上装有接受气体浓度监测仪指令的进气阀控制器(3);空气混合器后面连接高压等离子净化器(8),再后面连接有毒废气光解净化器(9),光解净化器出气口连接风机(10)的进气口,风机的出气口接洗涤中和塔(11)。 
2.如权利要求1所述的有害废气净化装置,其特征是:空气混合器由第一混合器(6)和第二混合器(7)两级组成。
