本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，尤其涉及一种骨干持骨钳。
背景技术
临床上对骨折部位进行固定前，需要采用持骨钳将断骨复位。目前的持骨钳一般没有逆止机构，对断骨进行复位时一方面需要提供足够的夹持力，另一方面还要用力来调整断骨位置，操作比较费力，夹持效果不佳，容易滑动，效率较低。另外，其钳口处没有防护垫，很容易对骨膜造成损伤，影响骨折部位的愈合。
实用新型内容
为克服上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单，操作省力，持骨牢固，复位效率高的骨干持骨钳。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型采用以下方案：一种骨干持骨钳，由两个交叉的钳臂通过转轴铰接而成，钳臂前端为钳口，后端为钳柄；一钳臂外侧设有与转轴同心的棘轮，另一钳臂的钳柄上设有抵顶棘轮轮齿的棘爪，棘爪后方设有复位拨杆；两钳柄之间设有弹簧，两钳口相对的一面均设有橡胶衬套。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：通过棘轮与棘爪配合，可对两钳口位置进行定位，夹持骨干更加牢固，对断骨复位更容易操作；钳口处设有衬套，可避免损伤骨膜；两钳柄之间设有弹簧，拨动复位拨杆时钳柄自动复位，操作方便快捷。

参看图1所示，两个钳臂通过转轴3铰接而成，钳臂前端为钳口1，后端为钳柄6；一钳臂外侧设有与转轴3同心的棘轮8，另一钳臂的钳柄6上设有抵顶棘轮8轮齿的棘爪4，棘爪4后方设有复位拨杆5；两钳柄6之间设有弹簧7，两钳口1相对的一面均设有橡胶衬套2。
