本实用新型的技术方案是：包括下颌托和固定柄，其特征是在固定柄根部设有圆孔，圆孔内设有螺纹杆，螺纹杆上端设有套管，套管上设有上颌托，螺纹杆下端设有旋柄。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，在给病人进行口腔内修复手术时扩撑病人口腔操作简便、省时省力，减轻了医务人员的工作难度。
