四肢长管状骨骨折时骨科的常见病，随着交通事业和建筑工业的发展，此类骨折伤害越来越多。临床上在进行长管状骨骨折固定时时常用到钢板，医生将钢板与骨折部位固定前往往需要用到钢板固定爪先将钢板固定住，然后再用钢丝或者螺母进一步固定，目前临床上使用的固定爪多为三爪，此类固定爪在使用过程中容易移位，不利于治疗。
