Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种便携式打压测压器。本实用新型的目的在于提供一种打压测压方便、便于携带的便携式打压测压器，它包括测压仪、打压球襄、尖嘴阀以及三通管；所述三通管的三个接头分别通过软管与测压仪、打压球襄、尖嘴阀连接。较之现有技术而言，本实用新型的优点在于：便携式打压测压器是将压力表、打压装置利用三通连接在一起，可边打压边看管道内的压力值，达到所需压力时可及时停止打压，并可进行保压，避免重复打压或因管道内压力过大将U型管内的水压出等问题，提高了工作效率。

本实用新型涉及一种便携式打压测压器。
背景技术
现有的户内燃气管管道改管、装管、验收等工作中，往往需要进行打压、测压、保压测试。往常的做法是，用打气筒向管道内打压，打到一定程度后，关掉被测管道上的尖嘴阀，然后装上U型计或微压表进行测压。这种方法在使用中常常因为压力打太高，开启尖嘴阀时，U型计里的水被冲出，需重新装水，或压力打不够需重新打压，费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种打压测压方便、便于携带的便携式打压测压器。
本实用新型的目的通过如下技术方案实现：一种便携式打压测压器，它包括测压仪、打压球襄、尖嘴阀以及三通管；所述三通管的三个接头分别通过软管与测压仪、打压球襄、尖嘴阀连接。
所述测压仪为微压表。
所述测压仪为U型压力计。
较之现有技术而言，本实用新型的优点在于：便携式打压测压器是将压力表、打压装置利用三通连接在一起，可边打压边看管道内的压力值，达到所需压力时可及时停止打压，并可进行保压，避免重复打压或因管道内压力过大将U型管内的水压出等问题，提高了工作效率。
1、集打压、测压于一体，打压控制准确方便、便于携带。
2、实用性强，可用于户内管、立管的打压、测压和保压，也可用于调压箱的压力调试。
3、结构简单、实用，只需1个三通、1个打压球囊、1个微压表（也可用U型管）和几根软管便可轻易地组装一套打压、测压装置，不需要任何特殊培训便能使用，易于推广。

下面结合说明书附图和实施例对本实用新型内容进行详细说明：
实施例1：
如图1所示为本实用新型提供的一种便携式打压测压器的实施例示意图，它包括微压表5、打压球襄1、尖嘴阀2以及三通管3；所述三通管3的三个接头分别通过软管4与微压表5、打压球襄1、尖嘴阀2连接。
实施例2：
如图2所示为本实用新型提供的另一种便携式打压测压器的实施例示意图，它包括U型压力计6、打压球襄1、尖嘴阀2以及三通管3；所述三通管3的三个接头分别通过软管4与U型压力计、打压球襄1、尖嘴阀2连接。
上述实用例的使用方法如下：将尖嘴阀2打开并与所测管网的端口连接，用打压球襄1对管网进行增压打气，同时通过压力表5（或U型压力计6）观察管网内的压力值。在压力值达到测压所需的值后记录压力值，然后停止打压，并关掉尖嘴阀2；静止一段时间后重新打开尖嘴阀2，通过压力表5（或U型压力计6）观察管网内的压力值是否有下降，下降即说明管网内漏气，反之则没有。

1.一种便携式打压测压器，其特征在于：它包括测压仪、打压球襄（1）、尖嘴阀（2）以及三通管（3）；所述三通管（3）的三个接头分别通过软管（4）与测压仪、打压球襄（1）、尖嘴阀（2）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式打压测压器，其特征在于：所述测压仪为微压表（5）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便携式打压测压器，其特征在于：所述测压仪为U型压力计（6）。
