本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种新型皮带轮的结构，包括有一双向左轮与双向右轮，在双向左轮的中部通孔处设置第一定位孔，在双向右轮的中部通孔处设置第二定位孔，双向左轮通过固定螺栓与双向右轮固定连接在一起。 
有益效果：本实用新型由于将皮带轮的整体结构分体成组合结构，不但制造成本低、生产周期短、结构简单，更重要的是拆装维修方便，有效的克服了现有皮带轮所存在的上述缺陷。
